 + -1 moreTOP QUALITY! SENT VERY EXPERIENCED INSPECTOR WHO TOOK A LOT OF TIME, WAS VERY THOROUGH FROM ROOF TO PLUMBING/WIRING, AND LEFT BEHIND A WRITTEN SUMMARY OF ALL THE FINDINGS AS WELL AS A USEFUL BINDER ON HOME MAINTENANCE. VERY REASSURING.
