+ -1 moreFirst of all, this was done incredibly fast. I hired a Real Estate Agent. She recommended that we "stage" our house and she recommended Home Finishing Touches. The stager, LInda Pellian, came over within a few days and went through the house. She told me what furniture she wanted to remain and which pieces were to be removed. She gave me an estimate of $1500 for labor and rental of accessories $200-$300 maximum stating mine would be on the low end. Delivery and pick up of her accessories would be $150 for a total of $1950. She was a great help in setting up the home for sale. And there is no doubt that the home showed better with her staging.
Description of Work: The stager chose which pieces of furniture and artwork of ours would stay and which would be replaced with rental furniture and artwork. She also consulted on carpeting, bathroom updates and lighting. She arranged for rental furniture and provided the necessary artwork and assorted knick knacks. She provided the labor to set up staging and to rearrange most of my furniture.
