I set up a Friday lunch time appointment to minimize time away from work to get an estimate on refurbishing/replacing our deck. We had a noon appointment and no one showed. I called the main office and got only voice mail. After an hour I gave up. When I called on Monday (note that I called and no one followed up on the voice mails I left Friday), I was told that the person assigned the estimating job didn't get the information, got delayed at another site, and was offered only a verbal apology.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to get a bid on our deck project.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESOURCEFUL AND THEY KNEW WHAT WE NEEDED. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS.
