Initially it went fine. I purchased the plants and paid for installation. They didn't place them exactly where I wanted them, but no big deal. The purchase + installation includes a standard 1 year warranty (if the plants die, they will be replaced). Everything was installed in November 2014. By April of 2015, a few of the plants had died so I contacted them about the warranty replacement. I called many times and never heard back. Finally in late September/early October of this year, I heard back, but it's taken months to get someone to come out... It is now November 2015, and they still have not replaced the plants. There were many miscommunications on their team, and I have tried everything I can think of. I'm going to ask for a refund for the dead plants and just be done with them.

We are generally very happy with the selection of plants, and the knowledgable and helpful staff working at the nursery, but were less impressed with the service provide to have a tree delivered and planted in our front yard. We were originally told the tree would be delivered and planted on Tuesday, and after one of us stayed home Tuesday morning, discovered it wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday. One of us stayed home Wednesday then, waiting for delivery only to have the tree delivered after 5pm. It would be helpful if they could provide accurate estimations of delivery date and time.

We've always gotten good quality plants from this store.

Carson, the landscape architect, was great. She came out to the house several times to look at the yard and discuss options with me. Several plans later, we had a great design! The crew lead also came out ahead of time to inspect the space and prep for the work ahead. The front yard was in a bad state after WASA dug it up for a leaky pipe last year. So there was a lot of digging and dirt moving to do. On the day of the install, it was essentially a yard crash! 5 people all working in the yard to get it done within about 6 hours. Carson was there the whole time, making adjustments and making sure the plan was followed. They also brought more than enough of all supplies, making sure they had more than they anticipated needing. it was a very pleasant, no-pressure process. Carson put in a lot of time picking out plants, coordinating the yard to the architecture of the house, the color of the paint, and even the front door! They even salvaged (recycled) the stone blocks that were in the yard, rather then throwing them in a landfill. I would totally have them do another yard. It looks great and I am excited to see the plants grow and fill in.

I have purchased two annual baskets about 3 days ago but one of them became brown and it did not seem to be doing well. I went this store to purchase the replacement in case it dies. I talked to Ray and explained what happened. He was very kind and professional. He told me to go ahead and get another one for free. I told him I lost the receipt but he said its ok. He told me that I needed to water it when I took it to my house . And he told me if there are more problems, make sure to let him know. I was really happy with the way he treats customers. I went ahead and purchased another basket and came home really happy. I just know that I can trust this place to buy any plants. Thank you Ray!!
