house cleaning
+ -1 moreI called twice during business hours on June 28th but the voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. I sent a message thru Angie's List on June 28th and still haven't received a reply (3+ weeks ago). I left a voicemail on July 11th (including my phone number at work, where I have voicemail) requesting a call back to schedule an appointment. It has been a week and a half and I still haven't received a call back. I called again on July 17th but the voicemail was full AGAIN. I received a full refund from Amazon Local since the vendor was so non-responsive. I would NOT buy a voucher to this cleaning service again, nor would I book independently. They are non-responsive.
Description of Work: I bought an Amazon Local voucher for two hours of cleaning by Green Planet Cleaning. However, I was unable to schedule an appointment. I documented my unsuccessful attempts and Amazon issued a full refund.
