Emilio and his team did a good job with the repairs and were punctual, considerate, and cleaned the work area well.

Emilio had some interesting challenges - bad weather and unusual materials to work with. He got things done within the estimated time - on the short end of the range. He and his crew handled some unexpected challenges pretty well. Our supplier gave us a damaged tub and Emilio got a comparable replacement quickly. We were using some unusual tiles - brick clay and also some Mediterranean designed tiles - that required more intricate work. Emilio and his crew were able to make it work and make it look great. Emilio was very responsive to every question and concern. When we emailed about questions, he either called us quickly or in one case, offered to meet us on site to examine things and discuss solutions. The tile work was very good. Major fixtures (tub, shower, toilet, light, vent/fan) installed with skill. Still waiting for sink - supplier problem. So far - really enjoying the new bathroom and happy with the work done. Emilio's manner was helpful throughout the process - solution oriented, never trying to pressure us in one direction or another - just helping us bring our vision to reality.

Emilio and his staff were great. Vert punctual and friendly. They also kept the workspace very clean. They explained their work in good detail. We are very pleased with how they are committed to using green products.

Overall the project went great - on time and on budget. Emilio was very responsive in providing quotes, and his crew was always on site when they were scheduled to be. They were flexible about changes to the scope of work. The quality of all aspects of their work was very good - painting prep, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, etc. In addition, Emilio was a great resource for greener options for the hardwood flooring and paint. I'll definitely use Greendwellings again!

Outstanding company. Emilio is a nice guy and a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible with his schedules, and transparent about his pricing and the duration the work. His crews are professional and knowledgable, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous about our home. Prices were very fair in our experience. Quality of the work was outstanding.

They were good. They did a good job. I will use them in the future.

They were knowledgeable about various kinds of green materials, which was helpful to us in our design process. The whole job took slightly longer than expected, which (from what I hear) is to be expected! The crew was very nice - my toddler loved them and knew them all by name. My main complaint was that the quality and craftsmanship were not great. Tiles got cracked and placed slightly unevenly, the tub got chipped, and it was painted so quickly in the end that I think the primer got skipped (or didn't dry) because the paint bubbled in places and you can peel it right off the wall in one piece. The main person we worked with was responsive to our concerns and offered solutions, but I think the skill level of the crew was just not where it should have been. I would hire them for handyman items or carpentry but not for a whole renovation again.

Emilio and his team were professional, neat and good at communicating. We are very pleased with the job they did. The floor looks beautiful. His staff was big enough to complete the job very quickly. Emilio is very good at communicating how the job is going, etc. He is also extremely responsive. I would have rated the price excellent, but I didn't get more than a few other bids--it's a little hard to compare. I chose Emilio because my neighbor had a good experience with him.

They removed old closet and built in cabinetry and rebuilt a complete new closet and storage system. This company specializes in green building and natural and non toxic construction. Did a fantastic job.

They did an excellent job. It turned out we had rotted wood underneath the floor when they took it up, and they removed and replaced these pieces, creating a more even floor than we had before. I wasn't staying at the house during this part of the remodeling, and Emilio sent me pictures of what they found and what they did. They were thorough, conscientious, responsive, and communicative. Wall prep and painting took about three days and they did a very nice job.

Green Dwellings is great. We ran into a major structural problem early on in the project that greatly increased the size and cost of the job. So in addition to the kitchen they also replaced several joists to provide a sound floor structure. They worked hard to keep the job as close to on schedule as possible. They are reliable, conscientious, and the quality of their work is excellent.
