He was excellent.

The experience was good. I give them a "B" overall.

Workmen were cheerful, thorough and helpful. Worked well together and obviously respected each other's abilities. Reinstalled ceiling light and fan blades taken down by previous contractor. Clean-up was top notch.

When we arrived home, everything was spotless . Our kitchen had 15 year old wallpaper. Greg removed it, painted the walls, then took the existing cabinet doors to the paint shop where he got paint that matched the old color, reducing the amount of time necessary.for prep, and giving the room a clean, cheerful look. He also removed our dishwasher, and rehung a piece of the countertop which was separating from the wall, then reconnected the dishwasher. Our powder room had be experimentally painted a pumpkin orange, and the experiment was never completed. Greg painted it all white again, and cleaned the mirror and sink from some previous paint adventures .Our upstairs bedrooms had "ceiling pops" from a recent roofing job, and Greg reset and repainted the spots without evidence of repair. Our master bath was another shade of pumpkin, recovered to a neutral cream color. We also had new pine double closet doors which had been installed pre-hung without paint. They were painted, along with the door facings, with nary a drop on the crystal door pulls. .I cannot recommend Greg enough. He has pulled our bacon from the fire a number of times, and I'm sorry to be leaving if I can't find another Greg in our new city!

Very well, the workmen were unobtrusive, never let the dogs out, never left a mess for me to clean up.

Greg came into our house and created a work of art on a modest budget. Tiled the walls and floors and created a travertine top for a hammered copper sink which sits as a real gem in the room. Greg chose the tile, the mouldings, and helped us create a proud space for our guest room.

Greg's work and price were second to none. He paid attention to detail, was clean and fast (both in the time it took him to do the work and when he was able to start the work.) Unlike other painters, he didn't require my wife or me to do any of the prep of the work area. He made our walls (and our previous attempt at painting) look great. I would use Greg Carpenter again for any painting job. Further Greg put my wife and me at such ease that we had him perform the job when we were out of town on vacation. When we returned you would have never known he was there,

They started on a weekend, and then during the week they had keys to the house and came and went, finishing as they went along, finishing completely in less than a month. There were some days without work, generally waiting for things to dry. They tiled the oddly-shaped shower (necessitated by previous construction), tiled the floor, installed the toilet, and built a breathtaking vanity with a travertine countertop and a copper vessel sink. Oiled bronze fixtures finished a magnificent jewel of a guest bathroom off our den.
