Whatever you do, do not use this company you will regret it. Unfortunately for us we did use this company and we never received our two antique beds back . We called and described to him that we needed to have two beds looked at . He came over very quickly that week and informed us that he would have to take with him the furniture and he should have it done in about two weeks. This was at the end of January 2019. Today is June 6 and we still do not have the beds back. After he picked up the furniture he did not contact us again. I have called and texted him numerous times and the majority of my texts go on answered. My calls have not been answered or returned. My husband has sent him emails. Throughout the almost 6 months that he has had our furniture he has maybe responded three times to let us know that he was either waiting on parts or would be done in the following week. My daughter called him this week and he answered the phone, most likely because he was not familiar with her phone number. He informed her that he would bring the bed back this week during 4-5 pm. I texted him this morning to let him know that I would be home earlier and it did say that he had read the text message but has never responded . I deeply regret calling him and having him come over to my house to look at the furniture because now two sentimental items have been lost. I repeat do not use this service because you will regret it.
