Description of Work: I've used FWI for several different projects in the last few years including a complete renovation of a kitchen and powder room; partial renovation of a master bedroom vanity area; painting of bedrooms and living and dining areas; crown molding; and installation of recessed lighting. | |In all cases, my point person, Bonnie Ahn, was extremely helpful in providing suggestions and feedback regarding design, materials to be used, etc. She did a great job of listening to my ideas of what I thought I wanted,respecting my preferences, while also offering me options that I might not have come to on my own, but in some cases ultimately chose. | |Those involved in doing the construction/renovation, painting, electrical work, all did very careful work, and in all cases I was thrilled with the outcome. Moreover, FWI workers (most work done by one individual, but he did have some help) not only were reliable and trustworthy, but they were not phased by working alongside two very active indoor cats who had aspirations of being apprentices!

Description of Work: Floor World installed ceramic tile on our kitchen floor.

Description of Work: Floor World, Inc. did a number of things for us, including a complete renovation of a bathroom. This included demolishing an old bathroom (down to studs), installation of a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, ceramic tile floor and plumbing work. Prior to this work FWI also had a plumber come out and swap our old cast-iron plumbing for PVC (the old stuff was leaking). Additionally they installed three base cabinets in a family room and a counter top, cermic tile floor in the family room and a bedroom, removed a drop ceiling and installed drywall ceiling and recessed lighting, and finally fixed many mistakes caused by an earlier contractor to our ceramic floor.
