Description of Work: Only downside was the replacement garage lowest dented 1/4 door panel didn't exactly color match the others. This was noted AFTER the panel was assembled, so reordering the exact match would have further complicated the repairs and would have been necessary to leave the door open until the arrival of the correct replacement. So, I permitted Prestige (Jose) to leave it as is.

Description of Work: I had a tune up on my garage door. They lubricanted the rails and replaced the rollers. They also realigned the connections that allowed my remote to work again (opened but did not close). Also installed light bulbs. Worked quickly and efficiently even with my big dog trying for their attention.

Description of Work: I paid 49.00 for service call. Than the guy said that was just for driving to my house. He charged me over two hundred dollars more to move some boxes from in front of the motion detectors and to reset. Than he charged me for a Gargage door " tune- up". I'm an older handicapped lady and I felt they may have taken advantage of me. At least they changed my light bulbs in both Gargage lift devices. I couldn't do that.

Description of Work: My garage door was stuck in the open position. They came out same day and they looked at the garage door. They quickly diagnosed that it had come off the tracks. Quoted me a figure of just under $200. But since I had an AL discount, it was cheaper. They worked on it and got everything working very quickly. Then noticed my locking mechanism was broken. They offered to fix it and got everything completed in a little over an hour. The guy was very helpful and made some other suggestions. Overall it was a great experience. And total cost for everything $205 with the Angie's List discount.

He says that the work was efficient and professional - the opener works well, and the price was better than other vendors had offered. Purchased a deal for the installation - purchased additional remote opener, and keypad for a small additional fee.
