Description of Work: I probably should've read the 'fine print' better. I was hoping for more of a tuneup and to see what was causing some issues with my garage door. This service was just a roller replacement on one door. The guy who came out was not very personable. He did the job, and I guess did a good job, but I didn't feel as though he really wanted to be there. I don't know anything about the way garage doors function and it just felt like I was annoying him with my questions. I probably will not use this company again.

Description of Work: I was surprised that they added a "New Customer" charge of $60 in addition to the Angie's List offer. Since my door had to be fixed, I had to pay the amount. Otherwise, I would have refused the service. There is no "fine print" which talks about the "new customer" charge.
