Description of Work: Replaced old garage door with new insulated 3 layer steel unit. Installation was very professional and new doow is excellent.

Description of Work: Service was a little pricey for some garage door springs/coils. They were professional and helped when I was in a jam, they fixed my garage door when it wouldn't open. I would have given an A, but after doing some research, they charged a little more than other companies with A ratings on Angies list.

Description of Work: They arrived way ahead of schedule and was patient enough to wait for me to get home during my scheduled time frame - unfortunately due to traffic I was running late. The technician was VERY professional and took the time to explain everything to me so that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The work was completed in a timely manner and afterwards the technician shook my hand - again VERY professional!! I would definately use them again!

Description of Work: They reprogrammed garage door as well and gave me a new remote. They did not carry the same style remote.

Description of Work: They perform the basic service and tuned up my garage door. I'm very pleased with the service they were professional they were courteous and they went one time. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: A disaster. We paid Angies List for the service of replacing the garage door rollers. On the day of the service, the service provider came and installed new rollers in the door causing the door to shutter as it opened - clearly the rollers were the incorrect rollers for the door. The door had been opening fine prior to this service. We had the technician (who tried selling us a new garage door opener) put the original rollers back into the garage door, but by then the damage was done to the garage door motor and it would not function properly. Ultimately, we had to replace our garage door opener (we used a different company). So bottom line, nothing new was installed and we had to do additional work because of the work performed by the contractor. I will not be using this company in the future. Incidentally, the technician noted on the receipt "no charge" because nothing was done, but I'm still out my $$ to Angies List for the service and because I don't have a "Premium" Angies List membership, I can't get my refund despite the "no charge" indication by the contractor.

Description of Work: I wrote $89 + because it was for only 1 garage door and we had them do our second one as well, as a higher fee. They also replaced various parts, so the cost in the end was a good bit higher.
