Description of Work: Garage door stopped working. Called Family Prestige and within 24 hours they came out, diagnosed the problem which was my garage door motor stopped working and needed to be repaired or replaced. I chose to replace the system since it was 20 years old. Luis showed many the different options if I wanted to replace and said he could install today. Took approximately 1 hour and they installed a new, much quieter belt drive garage door motor. He took time to explain what he did, how to work it and the option to use Wifi. Luis and his partner were excellent all around. Had no experience with garage door repair companies before, but would 100% recommend.
