Requested appt online 8/31 and received callback to schedule Mon 9/3 between 12-2pm. Jose called when he was on his way, arrived promptly and completed the job in a timely manner. Jose replaced the original garage door in 2013 and I have been very pleased with the quality of the product and the overall professionalism and service of his company.

Arrived with proper replacement cable and new clamp which connects cable to door. Completed repair promptly. Works fine.

Went pretty well. Helped me troubleshoot why garage door opener was not working. There was a little bit of selling but it was a pretty honest transaction. Gave me a bit of discount. The tune-up was pretty good, it is so quiet now when it opens and closes!

I bought the angieslist deal on Sunday and they came out Monday to replace the torsion springs. They did a great job and were super friendly!

Overall, they provided a great service. The service person, Isais, came on time, did a thorough job of testing, greasing, and performing minor fix. He explained about the condition of the door and was very professional. Would hire them again.

They did excellent work. Not only did they correct the problem with the rollers coming off the track they also replaced some garage door parts that needed to be replaced such as old springs. They were extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely would not hesitate to use them again.

old garage door was rotting and needed complete replacement. fast and efficient quotation, reasonable price. installation was handled very professionally, we're happy with the new door which looks great and operates well. also delighted that installers cleared all of the debris. when we asked for a keypad, the company quickly followed up. nice people, would recommend to others.

They were responsive, nice, clean and did the job. My problem was here was there a TOTAL of 14 minutes (including talking to me). He said it was the wiring and was there 14 minutes and charged $150. I balked saying it was too much and he kindly told me that was he going rate. They tell you ahead of time a service call is $29 so since it required no parts, I think $150 is outrageous

I thought the door and opener would need to be replaced. The wheel was reattached and the top of the door reinforced with a steel rod so the catch could be attached. All parts of the repair were explained as it happened. The garage door opener was repaired rather than replaced as the older model was better made than new ones. All in, I thought this was going to be a very expensive repair/replacement and it was not. All the problems were fixed in about an hour.

They have done general garage door repairs at two different houses for me. No complaints.

Our garage door spring broke last night, we reached out to Family Prestige Garage Doors and they were here at 9am this morning. They not only replaced the broken spring, the crew also corrected the safety cables (that was a do-it-yourself from the previous owner of the house), and the price was more than fair. We will definitely use Family Prestige Garage Doors again when we are ready to replace our doors. Excellent service, knowledgeable crew, and very responsive.

It went great! I called Prestige at 8:30 and by 11 AM Luis and his assistant were at my townhouse in Reston. They were finished by 12:30. Luis was terrific, he told me exactly what was needed and what he was going to do. He was courteous, professional, and provided A+ service. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige to anyone and will use them again. FYI, Luis replaced the springs on the garage door two years ago and was excellent, which is why I called them this time.
