I had a very good experience. The gentleman that came out was very friendly, straightforward and did the work in the right amount of time. They were really good.

They showed up on time. They couldn't make their original date but they set a new date and showed up on time. There were two people. They came in and basically sized up the job and said that we might eventually have to replace doors or something like that but they could do the maintenance on them. So they did the work. They did some lubricating and tightening of bolts and things like that. The whole thing was about 30 minutes. I think the price was fair. They seem to be pretty fast and efficient.

Two gentlemen arrived right on time, were very polite and started work right away. They did a great job. The doors work so well now and are so quiet. I wish I would have called them years ago!

Everything went really well. The technician arrived on time and got the work completed in a timely fashion.

One time, worked fast and did a great job.

That worked out really well. The $109 covered the service and then we bought two mortars that was another $750; I would say $850. They did really good work. It took me a while to schedule it. I had a little communication about scheduling but once they did come the work was done really quickly. The guys were really friendly and knowledgeable.

Professional and knowledgeable technicians, arrived early, performed the work well an gave some useful additional advice One minor complaint: Initially, once I paid for the offer through angies list, the message I recieved said I would be contacted within 2 days. I ended up having to call them after approximately 1 week

It went great. It went very good. I was happy with the price. They came out on a very cold day. My appointment was for like the following week and they called and said that they are in the neighborhood and asked me if they can come over so I was appreciative of that. They were very nice. It is a good company. I would recommend them. I think they were timely. There were 2 guys and one of them could speak English but they were very polite. I offered them to come in the house and talk and they said no and they would stay out in the garage. I just felt they were dependable and reliable. They are courteous and I thought they were fair. I think for the gasket they put in, it was maybe $125 and I asked them if they could do any better and so he called his office and they took off a certain percentage that brought it down to $95. Their price is fair.

Recommended replacement of the pulley, rotors and addition of a safety cable. Before he started my garage doors sounded dreadful; now you can barely hear them. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding work.

The contractor arrived on time, was very professional, and got the garage door working properly again.

It was great. He scheduled it and there was no problem. They did a good job on the first door so I let him go ahead and take care of the second door. He replaced some other parts that weren't covered on the deal but they were reasonable and fair. I was pleased with the service. Everything went well. I paid another $119 for the second door and some other stuff. He was fair about it so I didn't feel cheated. It was a good service. He was fair and honest.

Overall, the service was excellent. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge, work, and professionalism of the technicians. They were a little late arriving, but they mentioned traffic was bad. A phone call informing me they were on their way would have helped. All in all, though, the service was excellent, and I will use them again in the future.

He analized the problem, replaced all the rollers with nylon rollers and installed new pulley wheels (4). Works so much better. Recommended more stuff but I would buy a new door before that.

They scheduled when I could not make it. My messages in Angie's List did not receive a response. I tried to call the office. I was either been hung up on while service man were trying to connect with business office, got an answering service in Spanish, or simply had so much noise on your side of the phone that I could not hear a word that was spoken. I am cancelling this service and purchase.

When he was leaving, I told him the garage door was not going down all of the way. He tried to make some adjustments but after the next few days the problem had gotten worse. He gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done but said that it was working. It is still getting stuck. I called and wanted him to come back and fix it.

I got the $59 voucher offer for the garage door tune-up. Jose and his helper (I didn't get his name) showed up on time and did the work quickly and professionally. My door needed a significant balance adjustment (it would not stay open when I need to open it manually after a recent power outage) and this was done as part of the service. Altogether very happy with the service and would certainly use them again.

I never heard from them and called them yesterday. They said they would call me back but never did. I called this morning and got a message in Spanish that I didn't understand.

I called Angie's List and had the purchase refunded.

I signed up for the $59 garage door tune up for a home that we've just recently moved into. The garage doors were in bad shape; shaking and rattling all over the place. The crew showed up, took one look, and informed me that we were way beyond a simple tune up. They showed my the dead bearings on my rollers and pulleys, and with my permission, set to work on the doors. Very quickly, the doors functioned much better. They then showed me other problems with the doors. The meter was certainly running, so I chose things that would improve safety and improve reliability, but didn't choose to do everything. It would be easy to look at the situation as them upsetting me once they had their foot in the door, but that really wasn't the case. The doors had been neglected or poorly repaired in the past, and the results of this service spoke for themselves. Furthermore, I have had some experience with broken garage doors at previous homes, and I believe I got a good deal from Family Prestige Garage Doors. The techs were also very friendly and worked very fast.

Provider called to schedule apt. Actually arrived early following a call to be sure that was acceptable to us. They informed us of what they were doing and answered all questions. Very polite and professional.

I did not hear from the service provider and when I contacted them was told I lived to far away and they would not come unless I paid an additional $75. I pointed out that their advertisement listed our area as being within the areas they serviced. Needless to say I am very disappointed - I paid in advance so now am waiting to see if Angie's List can find someone to honor the coupon or refund the money - and my garage door is still squeaking!

I bought the tune-up on Angie list for 59.00 dollars. They did a great job and adjusted it well and it is 100% quieter and running great. Would recommend them to a friend and just did.
