Family Prestige Garage Doors

The 2 men that came to do the service were wonderful. They were on time, very friendly, professional, and tenacious in their work. We had the basic tune-up stuff done, but we also needed the door lock and handle assembly replaced on an older door. They did a wonderful job replacing everything on the handle, they cleaned up, and provided us all of the information we needed. I will definitely use Prestige in the future should I have any garage door needs.

Went well, later saw that similar work can be done for cheaper price.... Lesson learnt is to do home work before buying the big deal coupons.

Outstanding service and responsiveness. They are A++. The garage door spring broke on a Saturday at 10:00 PM and they were her the following morning on a Sunday. They knew exactly what to do with the right parts and expeditiously repaired the garage door system as well as performed a general check and lubrication of the remaining parts and the motor. Additionally without a targeted sales pitch, they assessed the rollers and gave us the option to change them since they had already disassembled the door system. We had never changed the rollers and without their dilligent observations, we would have missed that they were worn out and would have given us problems in the very near future They were very respectful and professional. I will not call any other company for any of my garage door maintenance/repair needs and will highly recommend them to any home owner.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received! They showed up a few minutes early, fixed the broken sensor on my garage door, and even helped me reset the code and change the light on the other door! Friendly and efficient. Price was fair. I'd definitely use them again.

Work was completed in time as promised.

They were innovative. They came up with solutions that were within my budget. They got the job done. They were very professional. It was freezing cold, and they were still hanging the garage door like nothing. The big deal was for $75. I paid $125 because the door was broken in a way that they needed to put up some metal reinforcing. They just got it out of the truck, drilled a bunch of holes in it and put it on the back of my door side, so I didn't have to replace the door. They did it in a couple of hours. It's something we don't want to do ourselves, because it's a garage door with spring and they wind up so people dies from that pretty easily. We got to know what we are doing. There are some things that we don't want to do around the house, and that would be one of them. The pricing was great; it was fair. The quality of work was excellent.

Two men came to service my garage door. They were on time as scheduled and first they explained what they were going to service in detail. They spent roughly around 45 minutes and thoroughly inspected every part of the garage door and the motor. Then they performed the maintenance and it all went well. After that service i don't hear the Garage door making noise any more and it feels smooth opening and closing.

Garage door operates much more smoothly and quietly now. Technician explained what he was doing as he went along. Would use these folks again.

The foreman was very knowledgeable and flexible dealing with the mess in my garage. Completed job quickly. Garage door works great now. Would definitely hire again.

Service men arrived within 2 hours of my call, they spent time trying to find what was wrong with the existing, old motor. Once it was determined that the motor was over 30 years old, a replacement motor was installed. They made sure I knew how everything worked, explained the warranty, and provided the paperwork that I would need for any warranty. The person in the office and the repair people were professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out amazingly well. There were additional charges because the senior technician that came out very clearly showed me where my original 22 year old garage doors were literally falling apart at the seams and would like fail very soon and would likely fall on a car or a child so I had him go ahead and replace the garage doors and he applied the deal to the install. The communication was good. The quality was excellent. I would absolutely use him again.

I purchased the $99 garage door tune-up and roller replacement deal through Angie's List. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. When they came the work went very well and my door moved more smoothly afterwards, although it still bounced a little. They pointed out that although replacing the rollers helped, the shaft bar and spring were old and rusty. They were not at all pushy about telling me to replace them. They said there's really no way to predict when the spring will go, but I decided that I wanted to just replace both now because they both looked worn and rusty, the door was still moving somewhat erratically as a result and it would be cheaper and less hassle to do it now than replacing them later, in an emergency (e.g., car stuck inside). They were able to do the work on the spot and gave me an Angie's Lost discount. You could see that they took pride in their work and were very professional. They adjusted the motor to ensure to ensure that the door was forming a tight seal at the bottom, asked to see the remotes to ensure they were also working, etc. All in all, just a very pleasant experience.

It made a big difference in the sound of my door.

It went very well. First, and what I liked the most, they were very personable and outgoing. Second, they were right on time, on the nose! They checked everything out and let us know what they were going to do and what they suggested needed additional work on. They worked quietly and quickly and did a great job!

To pay $110.00 for this work did not make sense and in their advertisement nothing was stated an additional charge for this kind of work. I was very much disappointed.

The young men were very professional and knew what they were doing. Very nice. My garage door would not opened. Have not had it serviced in many years. After they finished, it is so nice and quiet when I open and close the door. So glad I used this company. I would recommend them.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the deal, I received a call to schedule a appointment. They even offered to conduct the service the same day because they had a technician in the area, but I declined because of other commitments. The experience was very smooth. The technicians showed during the window that was scheduled and conducted the service. They were very efficient, knew what they were doing, and got it done. My garage door functions much better now than it did prior to their arrival.

This service was done on a rental property, and at the time of service everything went well. My only complaint was in how long it took to make an appointment. We needed repairs done to our door so I bought a and quot;Dealand quot; that seemed to fit our issue… but then it was close to two weeks before them could come out to provide service! Needless to say, that was more than a bit frustrating for my tenants. Had I not already purchased a deal, I would have moved on to another company who could have come out more promptly, especially since, in the long run, I don't feel that I saved any money. At the end of the day, the service provided was good, so no problems there.

Mr. Sandoval's team arrived on time and he explained the project to me professionally, concisely and in detail. They completed the repair within an hour. :-) He handed me a receipt that day and followed up with an email confirmation the next morning. I appreciated that he was polite and friendly.

They were on time to the extent possible. The front office wrote down the wrong address, which I understand to be a simple clerical error. I travel a lot for work, so scheduling was difficult, but eventually, we were able to find a date that worked (hence the and quot;4and quot; for responsiveness). Once they were here, they conducted the inspection and lubricated the spring and the rails as a prophylactic measure. Overall, I think it was a great service for a great price.

All work was performed satisfactorily. I was advised of future action that I might need to take with respect to my garage door: however, there was no overt pressure to purchase a new door. I was however warned of consequences should the garage door break from its current support structures (house was built in 1974, and it is assumed that the doors are the age of the house).
