Family Prestige Garage Doors

They did an all right job on the garage door. They were going to try to program my cars to my automatic garage door opener but they didn't have the sophistication or the understanding to do that. That was a shortcoming in their ability so I really won't use them again because if they're not knowledgeable in that then I don't know their level of knowledge on other things. I thought it was roller on both garage doors but it was only preventive maintenance.

The service was good. They were prompt, efficient, my garage door is now very silent, and they found all the problems without any issues. I have since had them come and do a second door for me because I liked them.

They gave me a discount as a prior customer.

The lights would not go out when my garage door was opened or closed. I had to unscrew the light bulbs until I located Jose and Family Prestige garage doors. Jose figured out what was wrong and had the part to repair the problem. He tested his repairs to make sure all was well before he left. He and one other employee were professional and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.

When Family Prestige Garage Doors arrived they were prompt and courtesy. I explained the problem I was having with both garage doors. They inspected both doors, replaced rollers, adjusted the brackets/tracks and sensors. The repairs were done i a short period of time. What I paid was well worth it. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

It went very well, the repairman was knowledgeable about garage doors and definitely knew what the problem was. He was realistic about what the price for a new garage door system would be, and didn't pressure us into investing into that since it's now a priority for us at all right now. Luis is very professional and explained entire process in detail. Workmanship was excellent but the price for the garage door opener is way more expensive than what we found on the internet.

The guy came and he was very honest, and did not charge me extra. He showed me, and he put light bulbs, and he was very nice. The price was fine, and I was expecting more. He also showed me other problems that I could have. He could have taken advantage and said something was wrong. My battery doesn't work, and he showed me how to open it manually, and told me that buying the battery from him would not be worth it, because it is 15 years old.

We had an issue with our garage door that required an immediate response. Family Prestige not only scheduled an appointment for the next morning, but was able to also route a technician to us that afternoon between appointments. He was open with the different options, as well as the pluses and minuses of both. The repairs were done on the day promised and in the allocated timeframe.

The technician explained what was involved and how he would proceed. He also explained in detail what further repairs/replacements might be involved in this job. He and his assistant arrived punctually, worked efficiently and professionally and got our garage door functioning again.

Luis was very professional, prompt and congenial. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and the team showed up within the designated time window. Luis pointed out what was broken in the old motor and suggested options (chain or belt driven) for its replacement. They did a great job at a reasonable price and I definitely recommend this company to anyone having garage door problems.

Absolutely fantastic. Luis was very friendly, polite, honest and extremely professional. When the work was completed, without my even asking he offered to and did program my car garage door opener. He explained the functions of the new system and also spent time with me so that I could try everything out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would never ever consider using another garage door company.

Very happy with the work done by the Prestige crew. No surprises. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up well. Explained why my old door had failed and how the design of their installation should prevent similar problems in the future. I would definitely use them again if one of my other doors needs servicing.

Family Prestige does excellent work. I was able to upgrade to a better motor and a partially insulated door and stay within budget. The old doors were in terrible shape and had to be cut out piece by piece. The new doors look great, work perfectly, and are very quiet.

Family Garage Door matched a competitor's price for a higher-end model. The morning of, we asked if they could also replace the weather stripping on the garage door, and they said no problem. They were punctual and professional. The hardest part was getting them to call me back for the initial visit/estimate. But don't let that discourage you - we are very pleased with their work.

They were very courteous and thorough and the job was excellent. My garage door moves smoothly whereas before it was quite halting and would sometimes stop midway. It is also much quieter than it was

spring broke at 9:30 am and they showed to repair at 2 pm the same day! when they left, the door was in better shape than it had been in years with a few other small repairs done and lots of lube applied. would have never found these guys without angies list and the deal made it even better. highly recommended. Family Prestige was a pleasure from the beginning. I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for the following Friday. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that they would honor the Angie's List $55 service call option. Two techs showed up on time during the 2 hour time frame that I was given. They were very pleasant and explained the issues and what they were doing. They replaced a broken sensor and conducted a tune-up of the door. The work was completed in an hour or so and the garage door sounds like new! They also honored the $99 tune up deal on Angie's List. Great service, hoping the repairs last for awhile. I'll definitely call Family Prestige again next year for an annual tune-up!

I called Jose around noon today and explained to him the details of my problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost. He scheduled to come out today between 3 and 5 p.m. He arrived at 3 and immediately assessed the garage door and explained what the problem was and gave me the price to repair the door. He had all the parts on his van to make all the necessary repairs. He's an expert in his field and so I had him make repairs that could have waited but he was so knowledgeable I had him do them also. He and his assistant were very professional and friendly.
