The new system was put in properly and everything worked perfectly. The provider was very friendly and helpful, giving me several discounts on the price. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for upkeep of the system as needed.

The whole process went extremely well. I purchased a deal on Angie's List to replace the two garage doors for $1550.00. We had used Family Prestige before to do repairs on our old doors and were very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism, so we had no hesitation in taking advantage of the deal that was offered. They contacted us immediately to set up a time to come and measure. At that time we added the door openers to our order. Installation was scheduled a few days later. The installer showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He took time after installation to go over the workings of the new remotes and syncing them with our cars. Couldn't be happier with the result.

The two gentlemen were efficient and took the time to explain how the new system worked. The entire job took about an hour. We were impressed with the timely response in scheduling the job two days after we snagged the deal. Overall, we are very pleased with the job and would highly recommend Family Prestige Garage Doors.

Family Prestige was super-understanding when they arrived to discover that, due to my miscommunication with my contractor, there was a bunch of tile blocking where they needed to work, and rescheduled without charging me. They did great, prompt work, and my door was put back into service nicely. The only thing that I didn't like is that the technician tried to upsell me HARD before performing the service. YES, I know that my door is very old and that any service won't last long, but I'm going to be doing a remodel that will turn that garage into a living room within the next 3 years, and so there's no point in sinking $400-500 into a door I open twice a week, max, until then. I understood that they couldn't guarantee how long the fixes would last. But I had to push really hard to get them to perform the service I'd paid for, and that really left a bad taste in my mouth. That said, I do believe that the reason they wanted to do a full rehab is that they wanted to leave a quality job and they didn't want me to be unhappy with work that wouldn't last. So for that reason, I still gave them an A. My garage door works fine now (noisy, of course, and unsteady, but the door, springs, and tracks are 50 years old!), and I am very happy with the work.

They were on time. Alan was very nice. He introduced himself and inspected my garage door. He stated what we needed and asked the age of the garage door. He then let me know what he was going to do. Once he completed the work, he tested it a few times, then he explained what he did and let me know when I would need to do the next maintenance. He also left their contact info in the garage in case I need to reach them again.

Technician arrived within the window and was able to fix our problem quickly.

This was my second time having a garage door tune up by Family Prestige Garage Doors. They were professional and efficient, and I appreciated the explanation of the condition/age of the spring and motor. We look forward to having them return for a future tune up and any needs for our garage door.

The company called right away and scheduled the service in a few days. Allen, the service technician, arrived on time and was courteous and efficient in his work. He noted that the door is old and suggested that if we ever need the spring replaced or the rubber stripping replaced, to call them. I definitely will.

The keypad repair turned out to be trivial; so I thought I had just lost money on their Deal, through no fault of the provider. However, they applied our prepayment to some additional work that greatly improved the functioning of the garage door, replacing all of the rollers. Now, instead of rattling and threatening to break down every time the door was opened or closed, the door is a smoothly and quietly functioning system.

Great job. I made a service call and the came with a three person crew. They found that I needed to replace the rollers. The garage door works like brand new now.

Arrived for same day service - completed job quickly- very respectful.

They were friendly, professional, and efficient. My only minor complaint is that the garage door was still not opening on the first try at first, which seemed to be tied to a flickering light in the new device. The installation crew was aware of the flickering light before they left, though we did not realize that was impacting the opening of the door. After the light stopped flickering, the door worked great. We managed to resolve it ourselves, so we didn't need to call them to come back out. I would definitely use them again.

The installers arrived in the time window promised. They performed the work in a very prompt and professional manner. I was very impressed.

Very professional and punctual. Everything was explained prior to installation including the extra costs for mounting brackets, extra remote and smartphone usage kit. Did not take long and also provided their contact information if anything were to go wrong in the future. I would recommend and will most likely use again in the future. Great team!
