Jose is terrific. He came within hours of our call (rescuing us after a competitor--who had already made us wait four days--canceled and couldn't reschedule for several days more), inspected the entire system, and made adjustments to multiple pieces to best working order.

Service was wonderful. The company worked around our hectic schedules and was able to come out quickly to look at our garage door opener that stopped working. Jose diagnosed that it was a broken logic board and quoted me the cost for replacing that part or the entire opener. We opted to replace the opener because the price was good and the opener was old. Jose came right back out and installed it a couple days later. He worked quickly and even took a look an issue we had with another garage door. When that second garage door opener finally kicks the bucket, we will definitely be calling this company to come out. They are great.

We had two single custom wooden garage doors installed. The technicians arrived and saw a problem immediately with installing the new tracks, which were commercial grade that came with the doors we had ordered. They came up with a brilliant solution so we did not have to purchase regular residential tracks. They removed the old doors and tracks, installed the new doors and tracks (making the adjustment to make them work). They saw the garage door openers needed to be raised and did so. We are greatly impressed with the workmanship, the knowledge and ability to work for solutions. These technicians went above and beyond what was expected. They told me that they treat each job as it was their own home, and they did! Thank you for caring for our home as much as we do!

Excellent work in all respects. I put out the request on Angie's List on Monday at 6 pm, and by the next day at 10 am the work was already done! Jose arrived on time, sized up the problem, had the parts available on the truck, and he and his crew member proceeded to replace not only the spring, cable, and pulley on the side that was broken, but they also replaced the same components on the other side as well (without me asking him to do so) to keep everything in balance. They also inspected the motor and general mechanism. It was a thorough job, done very efficiently, and the garage door opener not only works again, but is now much quieter than it was before. Jose is also a very pleasant person - easy going with a lot of know-how. I couldn't be more pleased with their work!

Excellent!!! They came and told me exactly what was wrong, fixed it, while adding the new sensors saw I needed new bolts at the door and repaired it without charging me. The tech was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!! I just purchased my new home, and my garage is better now than when I moved in 2 months ago. I like that they take the initiative to make sure your safe. He even took the time to show me how to use the garage if the power is out. I give them 10 stars🙂

A fantastic experience. Needed a new garage door and motor for the residence due to age and some bumps and bruises! Lots of companies to look at online, but Family Prestige Garage Doors got my attention because they had **** good reviews AND they utilized Angie's List which I completely support. Nelson, the sales representative came by on Tuesday after the holiday to access the job. He was great, in charge of the process, listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions and we were off. When I asked how soon they could be here, he said this week! I was floored and gladly accepted a Friday late morning appointment. He told us what to expect and everything fell into place. I believe the price was fair for a better product than what we currently had, and we made our deposit on the project. Friday rolled around, I received a call around 0840 to inform me that my installer would be here between 10000-1200. At 1150, the office called and told me he was 10 minutes out. At noon, he was at my door. Pleasant, great knowledge on the work, Isais was fantastic to work with. He worked hard, explained everything to me as I asked questions, completely explained the new technology of the motor drive, and finished the job by 1430-1440. Can't say enough about his work ethic and great personality. An overall fantastic experience, just as I said at the beginning. I can't recommend this company more highly after the way they treated us and the project.

The problem, my Garage door would not open. I tried the emergency release…could not raise the door. Our cars were stuck in the garage. After a hasty search on Angie’s List, I decided to call Family Prestige Garage Doors. I explained the problem and the urgency. Family Prestige had a service team at my house within 40 minutes of my call! Jose, the team lead quickly identified the problem, explained his recommended solution and with my approval, Jose and Javier set about the task of resolving the problem. I appreciated the timely response, the expertise, professionalism, respect and courtesy exhibited by Jose and Javier. I valued Jose’s candor and transparency. He didn’t attempt to “up-sell” me and the cost of repair was fair and competitive. I will without hesitation recommend Family Prestige Garage Doors to my neighbors and friends.

The salesman came out exactly on time, and we discussed how I could get two new garage doors for a reasonable price. We also discussed a color and style that would look good with my home. He tested the two garage door openers, and said we did not need to buy new openers. Thus, he sold us 2 new doors, tracks, and sealing around the openings of the doors. He scheduled a time for the installation to happen, and the installer called me right on time before coming out. He did GREAT job!! The doors look beautiful, and he left the garage clean and tidy after all the work was done. I am so happy I hired Family Prestige Garage!!

Very well. There were a couple of glitches during the installation, but the company sent two techs on the following day to make things perfect.
