1st he said he woulld call before he came but he did not. Then he went to the wrong address. Then he said he will come this week. Again he had notf called ord come by. Refund requested PLEASE.

They were very quick to respond to our call and performed the repair very efficiently. We appreciate their prompt response and their excellent work.

They showed up right on time and replaced both torsion springs as well as the rollers, which we didn't realize had lost their ball bearings. The repairman was extremely professional, helpful, and charged a fair price. I would definitely hire Family Prestige again for any garage door work. A+

Very well. The guy was very professional. He was nice enough to give an additional remote. But 2 months later, we had the same problems that it doesn't open with the remote. You need to press on the inside of the garage.

You'll find when getting quotes for replacement garage doors that the prices will be comparable to each other and they all sell the same doors, but here is what sets Family Prestige apart. They send the installer (in my case it was Luis, the owner's son) to give you the quote. This was important because my house was built in the 1950s and had several challenges (low bulkhead, pipes above doors, replaced rotting wood support, proper track placement, etc). Because he would be the actual installer, he could tell what would work best for my garage. Things that I thought would be a problem, Family Prestige knew how to deal with it. No hard sales or upselling. On the day of installation, they worked efficiently and cleaned up all debris. They also stayed an extra 45 minutes to tinker with the doors to make sure that they would open as wide as possible. The company was organized when scheduling appointments and prompt with sending quote. I thought they did a great job from first contact to installation.

Even though I had two issues (or at least I thought there was only two issues), I knew there was probably more. Something snapped earlier in the week and it needed to be addressed sooner than later. I was not present at the time the repair was conducted (my mother-in-law was home), and she stated Alan was extremely professional and conducted a thorough repair. He called me before repairs to advise what was needed, and I gave him the go-ahead. I was extremely pleased with the repair/service/price. The technician was superb and also helped me to reprogram one of my garage door openers at no extra charge. He also provided a number of vert good suggestions regarding garage door replacement to a more lightweight one.

Company sent Alan out to help me. It was like watching a surgeon at work. He knew his stuff--twisting things here, adjusting them there and replacing some hardware that was out of shape. Fabulous work ... real pro. Did the job quickly and fixed the problem quickly. I was very impressed and very grateful for his time and attention.

Very happy with their work. They took good care of all my belongings and worked late until everything was done. I definitely recommend them for moving services.

The only issue I have is that I wanted a detail work receipt which I never got. They gave me a receipt which only tells me what I owed. Other than that the workers who out came to my house were very nice and professional. I would have no problems hiring them again BUT I would make sure they wrote everything down upfront with repair costs before I'll approve work.
