Family Prestige Garage Doors installed two insulated car garage doors for us in 2012. Fantastic work was done by the entire team. I'm very picky about quality and attention to detail and they did not disappoint. They came back today (7/27/17) to do some tune up work and update our remotes. I called yesterday and they made time for me today! Again, fantastic work and a great price. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The same technician returned to install the door. He worked with meticulous attention to detail throughout. He also had to negotiate some shelving that needed partial removal to finish installing a beautiful new door. Unit works better than the original. We will use the team again when we look for professional garage door repair and installation. Excellent work.

The technician was a bit rude. I had two big dogs outside in fenced area next to the garage but with no access to the garage. He didn’t want to do the work unless the dogs were inside. There was no way for the dogs to get to the garage unless I opened the gate. He thought they would jump the fence. It was ridiculous and I had to argue with him. But he finally agreed to do his job. He did it and all was fine. The garage worked much smoother after the tune up.

He did a phenomenal job making the corrections and doing the work that supposed to the done the first time. He demonstrated complete concern for customer satisfaction and made it a huge point to fix everything. I would highly recommend him and will use his service again if needed.

The technician did an excellent job servicing the door to make it quieter. It opens and closes super-quietly now. However his only solution for replacing the antenna in the motor unit was to completely replace the unit at a cost of $450 (I declined).

I didn't let them do the work because they wanted to charge me more than the offer for running wires, which should have been included in the installation.

I obtained multiple estimates for this job. I selected Family Prestige because I was able to purchase two insulated steel doors for about the same price as two uninsulated steel doors from another company. The warranties were the same. I gave the company a 50 percent deposit so the doors could be ordered. The technician came on June 5 as promised. He was prompt and courteous. He removed both old doors, installed the new doors and reattached the garage door openers. He removed the old doors and all debris from my property. The entire job took a little over 3 hours. The doors look fantastic. I am very pleased with my decision. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of doors for a new garage or replacement doors for an existing garage.

Very well. Man suggested some no cost actions I should take myself to extend the life of my door. Never tried to get me to replace the door so they could make more money. I really appreciated that since so many vendors do that.

they analyzed the problem with my door, made adjustments so it would stay closed, explained how it worked, and replaced the old rollers so the action n the door was much smoother and quieter.

They fixed so that it worked better than it ever has. They correctly diagnosed the problem, not like another firm that proposed a solution at six times the price..
