Great. Jose Sandoval is the best! Our garage door was not working and he came right away after his business hours, replaced the broken spring of the door and helped us with another door problem. Our car would have been stuck in the garage all weekend if it wasn't for him. He was fast, efficient, honest and did quality work. The door worked fine, but after a few days we discovered that the motor wasn't working properly. He came back on a Sunday, diagnosed the motor which needed a part. Instead of trying to sell us a new motor, he came back on Monday, called the manufacturer, figured out which part was needed, and we ordered a $25 part which was sent to us by Fedex. When the part came Jose came back and replaced the part for us for a fair price. It works fine now. We really trust him and will call him for any of our door related needs. Excellent!

Ok though there is a noise on one door.

It was useless. Paid $69 for him to tell me that “it could be this, it could be that, or it could be that”. Ummmmm, yea I know “it could” be a plethora of things, that’s why I asked you come. I’m not going to go throwing money around at guesses. Awful.

It was extremely easy to make and get an appointment, and the technicians showed up as scheduled each time. I was very pleased with the company's responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. In addition to replacing the rollers, the technician also replaced the springs and the battery. I would certainly hire again because of the helpfulness of the technician.

I called Saturday morning and left a message. They called back within minutes. I could not find my receipt but they had a computer record of my purchase and someone arrived at my house within about 30 minutes. He replaced the spring at no charge due to their warranty and was gone by 10:30am. He said the spring must have been defective but that is no fault of theirs. The quality of work and the response by the company was excellent. Also, the repairmen on both of my experiences were nice guys and easy to talk to.

tried to sell me a new garage door. I declined. This sell was like pricing something low to get their foot in the door (no pun intended) to sell a higher priced product.

I called Family Prestige in the evening. They told me their schedule was full and they wouldn't be able to come out for a couple of days. Then the dispatcher put me on hold and came back to the line and said they could come out in the afternoon the next day. We set that time up. They called back in about 20 minutes and asked if they cold send somebody out earlier the next day! That was GREAT! The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He looked at the garage and determined that the spring for my door was unavailable due to the age of my garage door. He called the office and determined that the manufacturer had a way to fix the door with a new spring system. He call the warehouse, found that the replacement spring was in stock and left to get it. He came back shortly, installed the new torsion springs, new torsion rod, and new cable drums and cables. He was very professional and kept me informed during the whole process.

It is good. They came on time. The price is reasonable. I had a flexible schedule with them.

Responded quickly, arrived punctually, completed the job with quality. Would hire again.

Family Prestige realigned the electronic eye of the garage opener and everything works well now.

They came and did an estimate - and helped us chose design and color. The doors took longer because they had to be customized. Approximately a month later they came to do installation, In less than 4 hours, they took out the old doors, rails, light, etc. and installed the new ones. And they explained how to work the new doors. Family prestige did a terrific job.

The gentleman did an assessment, told me what was wrong. He changed the coils and rollers that kept the wheels on track. Other companies try to get me to purchase a new garage door. This gentleman presented my options and told me that a new garage was not necessary at this time. The best option was to change the coils and rollers and that could last another 5 years. Thank you for saving me money and for resolving the problem.

I have worked with Jose and his team for a few years now on a few different projects relating to my garage door and have been very satisfied of the work performed, professionalism of the team and trustworthiness of Jose. I cannot say enough nice things about the company. I referred my neighbor to them when their garage door needed to be replaced.

Family Prestige Garage Door installer (Isaias Sandoval and assistant) arrived on-time and completed the dismantle of both old garage doors, rails and openers and installed the new doors, rails and openers in less than 4 hours. They went over the operation of the doors, answered all questions, and left a clean work site. They did an excellent job! I recommend this company.

He was a nice guy. He basically did what I asked him to do which was reprogram the remote. He did tell me and he was honest with me though. He did say my garage unit might be so old the memory might not be holding the memory. So, I will never know if I needed a whole new code or a whole new unit. But technically did do what I asked him to do. He was nice it just didn’t fix the problem, but that’s okay. He did say “if you decide you want to replace whole unit call us back and I will give you credit for the service call.” That was very nice. I mean basically there was nothing they needed to do except replace the whole unit. Changing the code wasn’t the solution but it wasn’t their fault. They did what I asked them to do. I thought he was very nice.

Two new and better springs were installed to replace the original one installed when home built 1975. The work was done within 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable considering they came in the late evening and we got two springs vs one. AND the door is more balanced when opening and closing . . . all in all a great experience with an outstanding company.

It went amazing and within great time. The technician arrived during the set time, was very professional in the work and answering my questions. They double checked the operation of the door two times and even installed a new garage door keypad and set that up as well. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing a new garage door or even just a repair. Very good work.

Prestige came to the house on time, carefully explained the problem, made only the repairs needed, and demonstrated some ways to respond to similar problems in the future.
