My assessment is the work, while performed well, was over priced for the materials and level of effort.

Description of Work: Good deal. I needed garage door "tune-up" -- appointment was handled by email, which was very convenient for me. Providers arrived early (called beforehand to check if they could come early). Offered to replace garage door rollers for additional fee, noting they still worked, but newer rollers would be quieter and more durable. I agreed -- rollers/doors were nearly 10 years old. Work completed in an hour. Very pleased.

Description of Work: I had called for a garage door "tune-up" but when the serviceman came (Between 8-10, arrived 2 til 10!), he suggested new rollers and something else, which seemed quite reasonable to me. he was amazed at how old the opener is, but it is still working so ... He did suggest a replacement when it dies. Also checked door, said it looks ok, no cracks. | Had a problem after that door did not close all the way to the ground. Called, they were to call back, but never heard for 2 weeks. So emailed and got email reply that he had called and left messages. Well, maybe , but not my number. Seems he could have looked it up on the original work order. So, that was not great, would downgrade for that, but scheduled a follow-up between 3 and 5, guy came at 3:07, adjusted settings and was going by 20 after!! Excellent! | When this motor dies, probably will call them to install new.

Description of Work: When I opened my garage doors they sounded like jet engines warming up - these folks cleaned everything, replaced the rollers and did so within 40 minutes. Now they sound like garage doors.
