Description of Work: Our new garage door's pulley system was jammed up on one side. The technician released the jam and made multiple adjustments and installed several fixes to prevent future jams from occurring. He explained each and everyone of them very clearly. He also made it clear that the door was poorly installed from the start and that he did his best to make it work but was not confident it would last, pointing to where the door showed damage from earlier jams and fixes. The system did function for another week and then jammed again (hence my B for quality). However, I do not believe that, short of replacing the door with a new system, more could have been done. The adjustments made were very reasonable and very competently executed. The door was just poorly installed by the developer.

Family Prestige were at our home in Loudoun county from Alexandria within an hour, assessed the situation and gave us a reasonable quote. Jose Jr. obtained the parts and returned to do the work. Description of Work: I used this coupon in conjunction with my earlier review on them, which was for same event: repair of garage door spring. We also had them replace our metal roller wheels with nylon ones at their recommendation. They also repaired several bent rail brackets caused by broken spring at no additional charge. I bought the coupons the morning after our spring broke and needed them to come out THST same day. The owner called and said he would try to get someone out right away since we could not use our door, and then called back an hour later to say he would have them out that very same afternoon. Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
