Description of Work: Two technicians came the same day I put in a service call. The young tech is Jose & his partner Juan were extremely professional, they knew exactly what I need repaired. They replaced the 2 broken springs, oiled every moving part of my garage. I am very pleased with their work, will call again when I need them. Thanks.

Description of Work: I bought a deal to have my garage door serviced. Though the work was fine, I felt that they sold me more than what was perhaps necessary. Since I don't know about garage doors, I went along with what they suggested, but I just don't feel sure that I needed what they said.

The job was done fine, however the tension line is much louder (making a cracking noise) now. My repairman had a slight altercation with my mail man that resulted in unnecessary words being said. Repairman was unapologetic and only realized when he was asking for a review, that he should soften his tone a bit. B for the service, D for the professionalism.

We were very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. They installed steel, insulated 'replacement' garage doors for our 3 car garage (one single, and one double door). We were thrilled with the results. Not only do the doors look great, the seal around the opening is perfect, blocking out any gaps. Description of Work: The folks from Family Prestige replaced the torsion spring in my garage door. The previous spring was an unusual type, so they had to convert it. The job only took them about an hour and I've had no problems with the door since. The coupon I bought through Angie's List brought the total down to $287. It would've been $362, otherwise. I didn't rate them on price (because I have no basis for comparison) or quality (because it's only been a few months).
