Description of Work: I needed a service call because the ball bearings broke loose from several track-wheels. I wanted to use Prestige because of its Angie's List reviews and my lack of enthusiasm for my prior garage door service company, but it took a week to get on the schedule. They did not disappoint. They arrived on time. They were well informed. They repaired the door. They gave me the heads-up on an old motor. They honored my Angie's List discount. It's been two weeks and the repairs are great. I definitely will call them again.

Description of Work: Installed new garage door opener. The technicians were very professional and friendly. They explained all my options with repairing the old opener or installing a new one. Based on their input I decided to replace the old opener with a new one. At first they said they would be able to do the work until the next week, but the next day they called to say they had an opening the day after that and was I interested. I said sure. So within just a 2-3 day period of having them give me an estimate on the problem with my old opener I had a new one installed. Worked out really well.

I ended up applying the $75 toward their cost of $150 to install a door that I purchased online. | |Installation was fast and done well. I would recommend.

Description of Work: Garage door supports had come loose and they had to find new stud supports and re-hang the door, as well as replace parts. It was more complicated than expected but they were persistent and diligent. Took two guys about two hours. Completely satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: I had them come install two identical garage door openers on my single side-by-side garages. I paid $135/opener. They were easy to schedule, available on a Saturday, and when I called to get a better estimate on my service window they were very clear and accurate with their estimate, allowing me to get more done and not sit around at home waiting for them. They were professional, did a great job, and cleaned up before they left, removing all the old openers and parts. I would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: The company was incredibly responsive, particularly since it was over Labor Day weekend. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Luis, our main point of contact who came out to the house. He and a colleague replaced a broken spring on our garage door. I would definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: The garage door opener would not respond to the remote to close. He replaced the defective safety sensor after explaining the problem to me. He was nice enough to program the remote opener in my new car for me.

Description of Work: I called on a Saturday morning because my garage door would not go down. The person that answered the phone understood my concern and made every effort to help. They agreed to come that day. They arrived earlier than their estimate. Both men were very professional and courteous. They replaced both springs and pullies that had broken and did an overall inspection and applied oil where necessary. I would definitely recommend their company
