Description of Work: reconditioned garage door with alignment and replacement of certain parts. Garage door was 10+ years old and never had any previous service. Service was excellent and provider was very good at what he was doing. Garage door service provider will be used again by this customer. Garage door is quiet and operates like a new door. Very satisfied with the service provider's efforts. Excellent effort on all counts.

Description of Work: This is a punctual and professional contractor. There's a reason they have high grades on Angies List - they know their stuff. We bought the Angies List Big Deal for a garage door rehab. Prestige contacted us to arrange a date for the service, and they arrived on time and did the work without a fuss. What more can you ask for? I definitely would do more work with them.

Description of Work: The technician, Jose, came to my home and took a look at our garage unit, but unfortunately, he was not able to make any repairs, due to the fact that it was actual a commercial model garage and there was no access available to the operator. Jose said that he would simply charge me for his travel costs ($30, which I paid to him directly) and that he would contact Angie's List to provide me with a refund. I was very happy with the provider, as they were able to assess the issues promptly, did not attempt to charge me for work that was not necessary, and were able to direct me as to the next steps that needed to be taken.

Description of Work: Jose came out to inspect the condition of my garage door. He was very straight forward and honest with me. Despite my desire to have the door fixed, it had irreparable damage. I would definitely use Jose's service in the future as he was great to work with and very responsive.

Description of Work: When Jose came to do the repair, he indicated that the condition of our door made the work a poor investment. He thoroughly explained the issues with our current door and we discussed replacement options. Since we aren't ready to replace the door right now, we requested a refund.

Description of Work: Garage door maintenance. Nice young man comes, introduces himself, shakes my hand, inspects my doors, asks me to come to see problems he has found and gives me a written estimate. He also leaves me a brochure for new doors. He then preformed the maintenance.
