All old hardware was removed and new hardware was installed. However, the inside door handle proved to be defective. Company ordered another set of hardware and replaced the defective handle assembly with the correctly working hardware. Everything is good now. When the original installation was completed, we indicated to the locksmith/technician that there was a problem with the handle. He downplayed this as something that we might have to live with. It took a call to the company and the visit of a different locksmith/technician who agreed that the hardware was defective and that there was a need to get a second delivery from the hardware manufacturer. The second installation was good and the technician did a great job in adjusting it to fit the door.

He was very quick, efficient, and cleaned up. It didn?t take long at all.

When he came the first time he told me he had to replace the lock so he ordered it. When he came back it was the wrong lock so he had to reorder it. He did not charge me for the second trip. The third time he came back it was the correct lock. He repaired everything and installed the new lock. He charged me for the labor but not the service charge due to the inconvenience I had been put through. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was courteous and pleasant to have in my home.

No price was given when my kid called the company - they took a credit card we provided and came to the house within 2 hours and opened the door and charged an extreme amount of money. Would never use this locksmith again because they take advantage. Suggest everyone have knowledge of a locksmith company or two that acts in a professional way as to cost when people are in a bind.

visited and noticed lock was installed wrong. replaced cylinder rendered unworkable by my using the master key. He came on time and did a great job.

The work has all been done well. Their employees are courteous, friendly, and quite competent. In addition, they call and let you know if they are running late. Finally, I appreciate that instead of charging us for parts, they helped us get the correct parts for our Anderson doors from the parent company since they were all under warranty. These guys are a pleasure to do business with.

Called in early evening after hours to unlock a vehicle. The answering service paged them, but never received a call back. Called them back again, and still no return call. The company advertises "emergency services" -- they they didn't deliver in this case.

Very good - Chris called approx 30 minutes before appoint time, showed up right on time. Upon arrival, he surveyed the situation, and immediately gained access quickly using his tools in his truck. He recommended changing the old lock, which after 20 years just wasn't functioning and was a low-grade item anyway. He provided some alternatives, had the item and installed it right there. From arrival to finish, probably about an hour. Real professional - he is on the top of my list for any similar job in the future.

He provided some options and recommendations based on the type of locksets I had. He completed the job within an hour and provided extra keys when requested. Excellent. Technician went right to work. Keyed all four locks to open with the same key. Looks and operates great.
