We had our carpets cleaned and had some stubborn pet odors. Everette visited twice to make sure the odor was completely gone to our satisfaction!

I have been using Everette for several years, each time Jamal and his team have done an excellent job, On one occasion, our pet had been ill and threw up and diarrhea on our carpet. I had tried to clean her mess without luck. Jamal came out and cleaned everything, you couldn't tell where she had gotten sick. Most recently, he cleaned the entire house carpet and upholstery after my son, his family and dogs lived with me while their house was built. The cleaning was excellent and affordable as usual. Carpets look brand new. I highly recommend Everette Carpet Cleaning!

Through one thing and another, we got "off-schedule" with regular carpet cleaning, so Jamal and crew had his work cut out for him. We have used him on several occasions. He called prior to arrival, arrived during the agreed time window, and proceeded to spend close to 3 hours doing a thorough, professional job. Carpets look 95% better, and will further improve with regular cleaning. Everette Carpet Cleaning offers a maintenance contract which we will sign up with to ensure that his efforts will not be wasted!

I've used Everette twice, once to primarily repair and restretch carpet, and once to clean after my tenants and their small dog moved out. They did fantastic work each time, and the price has always been really competitive. I'm very pleased and will keep coming back to them when a need arises.

The company was able to schedule a crew for the day that fit my schedule in preparation for a home sale. They were able to do the work within a week of me contacting them. Jamal and Tigh were the team who did the work. They worked quickly and were very thorough. They were instant that if I saw anything that did not meet my expectations, they would redo the work. At my request they cleaning the stairway carpet a second time and they did so without complaint. They had a great attitude and did excellent work. The carpet looked new and the tile and grout were super clean. Work hire them again.

Another Satisfied Customer! I did a search for someone who could stretch my carpet. I contacted a lot of companies thru Angie's List and they all said that they do not do that type of work. I finally got a response from Everette Carpet Care & Restoration. They said that they could do the work and made an appointment to come out and give an estimate. They said that if I was happy with the price they could do the work the same day. Two gentlemen came on the morning of the appointment. They were on time, professional and very courteous. I invited them in and they inspected the carpet in one of my bedrooms that needed stretching. They said that the work was not a problem and would not take longer than an hour to complete. An estimate was written up and I agreed on the cost so they went to work. Actually one of the gentlemen happened to be the owner and the other was the carpet specialists. He began the work and I watched him asking questions like I always do. I asked him if I was bothering him as I stood over him watching and asking my questions. He said he deals with some customers who do the same thing so he was used to it. He joked and said that when he does have customers who stand over him as he works, he puts them to work so he said "hand me that hammer". We both laughed and he continued his work. I was amazed at how good it looked. He pulled the snag right out of the carpet. It was smooth like it was when it was installed. He made a couple of suggestions that the carpet was not very dirty but could use a light cleaning. He told me about their process and how quickly they could get the job done whenever I was ready. I appreciated that! The work was excellent, the process was quick and I will be calling them again when I want my carpets cleaned or if I need to have the carpet pulled in another room. It was excellent. They're very professional and respectful. They were just really nice guys and they have right communication. It was really a good experience so I would recommend them highly to anybody. The price was also reasonable and everything was great. They took a little effort. They contacted me right away and they were on time.

We have always had a problem with mold/mildew in our shower. Everette Carpet cleaned our carpets this week (see separate review) and we were so impressed we hired them to come back today and clean the ceramic tile in the shower and the floor in the master bathroom. We are again very pleased with the service and highly recommend them .

I have been trying to have this service preformed for 4+ months and had become very disillusioned at the service, or lack thereof, in the carpet cleaning industry. I had 3 companies never return my calls, after several calls to them and two companies who made appointments with and they never showed up. After contacting Everette (referred by a friend of a friend), they made a timely appointment, called before arriving and were here on time. They came prepared to do the job (as I was told they would) and after giving me a fair price, went right to work. They stretched them so that the "bumps" are gone, cleaned them and even made a repair that I was not aware needed to be done (at NO extra cost). My carpets look new. I am a happy customer and highly recommend them. Both of the gentlemen were professional yet friendly.

Jamal and "T" arrived early. I showed them the problem areas. They went right to work. They cleaned the affected areas. They did excellent work!!! This is the second time I have used this company. Very pleased!

I didn't dislike anything about their services. They did a good job. I had some stains that needed to be removed, and they did a pretty good job removing them. The interaction with them was good, they are professional, but very friendly. The price was reasonable.

They were very careful in my living room, and cleaned the fabrics very nicely. They were also very courteous and thorough.

Everette had an issue with their equipment on the day of our initial appointment. They called promptly to advise me of the situation and reschedule. On the day of reschedule they called prior to heading my way, as I requested, and arrived in the service window provided. The quote they provided seems reasonable to perform carpet stretching and the area they performed the sample carpet cleaning made my carpets look great! I plan to use them for the repair and clean my carpets.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! They tried to charge me for four staircases, even though I just have a landing dividing my levels with one staircase. They also didn't do a good job.

Everett arrived on time, assessed the work to be done, provided a written estimate, then performed the work. They moved furniture as necessary and placed styrofoam pads under all furniture legs to elevate them during the drying process to avoid staining. Everett people were very professional, knew what had to be done and how to do it.

Two men performed the job and were prompt, polite, and professional. They were careful not to damage anything in the home and were quick and thorough.
