Eddie is the highest quality and best customer service we've ever had in a home improvement contractor. Period. Eddie is a craftsman of the sort you don't find anymore. His attention to detail and quality exceeded even this very demanding home-owner's expectations. Showed up exactly on time every morning when he said he would and never even charged for the planning and the trips he had to make to the lumber yard where he personally selected each and every piece of lumber. I know this, because I went with him one morning and just wanted to be in and out, but Eddie wouldn't leave until he had selected the best possible pieces. He even saved us several hundred dollars by shopping around for materials rather than just going with the big name lumber supply company. Our fence is the envy of the neighborhood. Every board is meticulously butted against the other with not a millimeter deviation. Everyone tells us they wish they'd now built a horizontal fence. As for the bunk bed, we drew out a concept and Eddie ran with it doing his own research on the best way to build it and making improvements to our design. His trained eye even noticed a few other issues around the house that he simply took care of if it was a quick fix.
