Overall, the experience was very good. They have a very nice service and showroom. They were easy to work with and nice people!

I have used this company in the past and was very pleased. This second project was adding additional plants in the front yard. The work was done just 3 days after I called and placed my order.

Christy came, looked at my front yard, described her idea for re landscaping of plants to something would be blooming all year. I noticed I had a pile of tree limbs and offered to have those away too. I was so impressed I asked her to take a look at the back and give me an estimate for that as well. They were more reasonably priced than other companies. I received a written estimate the next day. The work was completed in one day and they did a lovely clean up job afterwards. I didn't recognize my own front yard when I came home.

The process went well and I am very happy with the outcome. My front yard looks great and my neighbors are all jelous. My next door neighbor also hired them upon my recommedation. After Christy and her crew installed they new plants, she aded a few more to my yard. Very nice gesture. I will definately use them again.

Numerous trees of a variety of sizes were cut down and removed. Christy noted that two were ornamental fruit trees and recommended keeping them, as they would be allowed to grow more fully without competing for resources. Her worker came for two almost full days to cut down and reduce branches to manageable sizes. They carefully piled everything into bundles and then hauled it away. The yard space was much improved. Clean up was excellent. A few stumps resprouted, and we are discussing how to handle that with Christy. My one and quot;complaintand quot; is that communication is a bit challenging, sometimes. We emailed back and forth and had to reschedule and reconnect a bit. Due to the company's schedule, the work was finished while we were out of town (a fact of which I had informed Christy before we left). We did not leave the final payment because we wanted to see the finished product first. The day after we came back, when I tried to drop the check off at the store, it was closed. That afternoon, we got a call from Christy, that sounded as though she thought the final payment was overdue. I mailed it in with an explanation of trying to pay as promptly as possible. Not a deal killer, but not a happy way to end the experience, either. Also, I bought a bunch of herbs there and they are thriving! The quality of their plants is fabulous.

They charged us around $1000. Their service wasn’t good. We contracted with them to buy plants, install them and for a walkway. They did a very fine job on the walkway, but the owner of Eclectic Nature is the world’s worst customer service person. They were horrible in every way which included their customer service and following up on our issues. All we were trying to do was buy plants and plant them in the ground. She just didn’t want to do it. She was really mean to us when we were trying to ask her questions. It was bizarre and the customer service was poor. We wouldn’t use their services again.
