Doug showed up on time for our initial discussion and was very pleasant and engaging. We had three subsequent design meetings during which Doug put forth some excellent ideas. Unfortunately we weren't able to continue with the project due to a sudden unexpected financial issue. Doug was very gracious and understanding when we told him that we had to cancel the project. We will be sure to contact him again.

I called them to find out what was wrong. They said they were sorry not have fulfilled their promise of a bid and for not informing us. Could they have another week? Our answer "no."

It was a terrific experience. They were professional, polite and neat. I could not have asked for a better company. I would definitely use them again and we have recommended them several times. I do not think that they had the cheapest price but I also do not think that they had the most expensive. We just tried their work and did not go to anybody else.

We met with Doug Dively to discuss what we wanted for our bathrooms. He took the appropriate measurements and returned in about a week to review the plans with us and provided a budget worksheet. Prior to the job start, Doug walked through the plans with his crew so everyone knew what was expected. The job started on time. We were kept informed of the schedule. Doug met with us to assist us in selecting the fixtures needed for the bathrooms. All of our items (tile, countertop etc) were selected prior to the demolition, delivered to our home so they were readily available for the crew to proceed with the job. We decided to have both bathrooms done at the same time, which saved us time and money. Doug's crew was very good at keeping us informed of the progress. We only had one issue - we selected a larger tub than was previously in the room. We decided we did not like the original layout for the new tub - but Doug and his crew were very good at quickly working a new solution. We have been very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail and the concern that our home was protected during the job.
