Description of Work: They showed up when they promised and were the most reasonably priced of the local surveyors we called (names of firms given to us by the City of Alexandria). We were very satisfied with their initial response, scheduling process, on-site behavior, and final product delivery.

Description of Work: They were asked to do another survey, following up on a survey they did when the house was purchased, in connection with an application for Child Care with the Fairfax County. They were responsive and did what was asked of them. It was relatively expensive ($500) given that this was taking the same plat and putting proposed modifications on it.

+ -1 moreThey were originally scheduled to perform the survey on the 18th, but the crew were sick. The office called, immediately, to tell us of the delay. They rescheduled for the following week. We were supposed to be first on their list, but they "didn't see that". Still, they arrived by 10. They courteously answered my husband's questions then went right to work.
Description of Work: Dominion surveyed our property on Monday, 25, February. We received a professional-looking laminated copy of the plat and several paper copies by the end of the week.

+ -1 moreWE VERY PLEASED. WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME FINDING A COMPANY TO DO A SURVEY AND PLAT THAT WAS NOT CONNECTED WITH A SALE. WE JUST WANTED TO GET ONE PREPARED AND DOMINION WAS HAPPY TO HELP. WE HAD TO CALL TWICE TO GET THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED, BUT AFTER THAT THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND EXACTLY AS PROMISED. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: SURVEYED LOT, INSTALLED IRON POSTS AT CORNERS, PREPARED PLAT, WALKED PROPERTY LINE WITH US WHEN COMPLETE.
