Description of Work: cleaned my wall to wall builder's grade carpet and a valuable oriental. The service is top-notch and the results wonderful. This is my second great experience with Dominion.

Description of Work: Laid a manufactured wood floor in bedroom, closets and guest room. Installation went fine. They were pleasant. |We chose them because they were able to lay the floor quickly before we moved in and their price was very good. |The wood in three small areas began to warp and in one spot the wood veneer actually lifted. This happened approximately seven months after installation. We called and asked that they come and repair the areas. Over about a six month period they have sent various people out to assess the situation. At no time have they attempted to repair the floor. They have just looked at it and said they would try to match the wood. We haven't heard from them in almost two months.

Description of Work: My original contact was excellent. The sales rep came out and gave me an estimate of the work I needed done. She brought samples of various woods to try to match what was installed in the rest of the apartment. The materials were ordered. I was less than pleased with the installers. They were not prompt, did not call to say they would be late. The work took much longer than the sales rep estimated. After the installers left I discovered that they did not put the closet door back correctly. At this time when I asked to talk to the sales rep I would told she no longer worked for Dominion. They finally came back to do fix that problem, but about a month later I discovered that the wood separated between the hall and the bedroom where the new floor was installed. It took a long time to resolve and finally the correct person was sent out who could actually diagnose and fix the problem. It was somewhat frustrating but the floors do look nice.

Description of Work: Dominion carpet sanded and stained a huge area of first floor and put in new risers on the staircase, installed carpet runner on staircase, it was a very big job and the price was right. Joey was very very knowledgeable and gave us a good price. Sometimes we had communication issues i.e. playing lots of phone tag. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They refinished the floors in our dining and living room, and did an excellent job. Not only would I use them again, but "Joey" was out here today, giving us a quote on more work to be done (sanding the stairs and hallway, and refinishing. We will use them for this job (next week), and I believe their pricing is very fair.

Description of Work: This business did not respond to my husband's questions for scheduling and additional service. The "Deal" was a bit misleading - Without molding included in the price which made it an inevitable add on. We never received services or follow-up. The "Deal" expired

Description of Work: I had my floors done with Dominion Carpet in mid February and to this day they look amazing. Mr. Sam gave me a great price and explained everything that needed to be done to the floors and how to maintain them. he was very knowledgeable about the products and his installers demonstrated their high skills, craftsmanship and professionalism. It was amazing to find how knowledgeable he was about the EPA laws that regulate stains, finishes and VOC emissions, something the other companies, when i asked them, didn"t even know about. all of that and the price was the best!! I also referred them to a couple of my friends and they all Recommend Dominion Carpet. Thank you Dominion Carpet for my new floors.
