I had a few double-pane glass windows and screens that had gotten foggy over the years. Moses came by and measured the windows and the screens, returned a week later to install new glass. The results are fabulous, and the replacement cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend District Capitol Glass LLC!

Service was not clear. I thought the screen replacement would happen on site and only found out he needed to take the screens to his shop after he took then out of the window Follow-up communication was lacking. He had a medical emergency and no one from the company called to reschedule the installation. The installation schedule was changed multiple times and I felt I had no choice but to agree with the changes since he had my screens.

Tech did not quote the repair for the size I required. When he arrived he said the door was larger than he thought even though I put the size in the Angi order. The price ended up being very competitive anyway and turned out to be a good value for the job.

Habib Bezine called and said he could give me an estimate that day. When he arrived, he was masked and had his certificate of vaccination in hand. Bravo! The estimate for the two window screens was $90, in line with similar repairs pre-COVID. Mr. Bezine did the repair work outside, and only needed to be inside to reinstall the screens. The work was done within 30 minutes.

Sep 2022 update - read this potential buyersâ ¦ Habib stands by his work. There was a failed seal of the glazing against the door frame. I called him and he came to fix it within days. He is proud of his work and wants to please. I told him I could update my review or delete it entirely. I chose to update it to give a real customer review of a real business doing real work. It wasnâ t perfect. And itâ s still not perfect. But he corrected an issue and stands up the rest of a legitimate person trying to do his work. That means a lot in my opinion. Iâ d hire him again. Iâ d refer him to friends and neighbors. Nov 2021 - Habib was fast to respond and always responded. There were delays and reschedules that were supplier-related not District Capitols fault and he communicated well there. Measurement and installation were problematic. The replaced insulated glass was smaller than the original so the spacer between the glass shows in two corners from outside. Its functionally fine but not **good as new**. His pricing is competitive and matched 3 other quotes. I got a 4th quote from a window warranty company that was over 3x the cost!
