Description of Work: We hired Discount Energy Services to insulate the walls & ceiling of our garage. They provided a detailed estimate/contract and answered all our questions about how the job would be done. When it came time to complete the job, the crew did a very thorough and careful job. They took care to cover everything with drop cloths where necessary, did a little "extra" work where they saw it was needed (at no extra charge), and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I scheduled them for a job about two years ago, reserved the day, and they showed up at 6pm to begin work on installing installation. I set them right back home. I rescheduled and on the day the job was supposed to happen, they called in ill. I asked for a refund and received it promptly, with apologies.

Description of Work: It took more than two weeks to schedule an appointment with this company. Scheduled for a Thursday 7pm appointment, got a voice mail two hours after a no-show saying that the technician was still busy with other appointments and they would have to reschedule me for another week. A call prior to the missed appointment time would have been appropriate. Without hearing from them, I left work early to meet their rep and sat in my house for several hours waiting for them. Rude and unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere.
