It was very easy to schedule the appointment. They did an excellent job! The old grout (most areas) and calk had cracked and they removed it, where necessary, and redid it with the appropriate color I selected. It all looks beautiful!! I will definitely use them again and they also do many other things I can call them for. The cost was just the $99 Big Deal.

After the re-corking, my bathroom turned out amazing. It was a pleasant surprise and really brought my bathroom out. I am truly a happy camper. The contractors were extremely knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank You So Much! DGL exceeded expectations in all ways. The office was polite and competent while setting up the appointment and continued to communicate until the job was done. The workman was also polite and professional and the job was done within the expected timeline and done very well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The technician came by to first determine the problems to the hot water heater. He correctly identified the issues, which the previous service calls to two other providers had missed. He made some minor adjustments to the components, electric as well as water, so that the old hot water heater may function nearly normally before the new one was put in. On his second trip, he replaced the hot water heater, put a time control module in, and fixed some old plumbing issues.

Diego's floor crew was diligent and efficient. They took out the old wood and carpeting in a couple of hours, and were able to start the stairs and kitchen floor. The total process took about 3 days, and the new wood floors and staircase are beautiful! The banisters and handrails took longer than the floors just because the process is so tedious. However, the guys were very efficient and got all of them sanded down to bare wood before staining them. The new color looks good with the floors. When everything was done, they left the house in good condition. No trash or stains were left behind.

As I said before, it went all better than we thought . I was afraid of the dust and the mess but every day Dirgo and his crew will make sure I won't need to clean after them. My friends ask me for his number and he did some tiling in their bathroom and dome renovations on their basement , my friends are very satisfied about the work he has done.
