Description of Work: I used them to fix a heat and glo fire place. First they offered to fix for flat rate of $470 or $230 plus $22 a month toward next years contract. I chose the lesser of the evils. They told me I need a part that was $1,500 that I was able to order in amazon for $90. It was a plug in. No install required . That still didn't fix it. After three visits over three weeks was told another part was needed $650, found online for $72.00. I called and canceled my contract and had them refund all money, but not till I threatened to report them to FTC, BBB and local state and Federal trade commissions. Beware of these guys, they will take you hook line and sinker if you don't do your homework.

Description of Work: New HVAC installed and the old one removed. Sales engineer was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure me. We went with them because they beat other estimates. Technicians installed the new hardware on time and on schedule. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They did a check up on my HVAC system. They gave a alot of good advice on the current condition of my HVAC system and what future repairs I should expect.

Description of Work: Ended up buying a new system but in the end it was money wasted. They focused more on installing a new system rather than analyzing the home before installing. They recommended a 3 ton system for our 4,000sf home when it should have been a 4 ton at minimum. To costly to swap out a mere 1 week later. In short, go with a company that will take measurements of your ducts, analyze current CFM air flow, check for possible air leakage, and take the time to give all options. I paid for a solar fan plus labor in advance but later declined it, when I asked for a refund of the $500-$600 lady at the office offered me $150, when I stated I would file a complaint the offer came up to $400, I could have argued for the extra $100 but it was not worth my time. I would not use them again. Just wish the last technician that visited the house last was the initial person that came out, he explained why I still have a problem, been nice to known his advice in the advanced.

Description of Work: I'm not sure that the advertised checklist was actually used or completed. I felt like everything the technician did, was an attempt to "sell" me things or services. I know enough about AC systems and how things work so I just kept my mouth shut and smiled at the suggestions.
