We used this company because they said they would work around my schedule at 6 PM when I get off from work. Anyone reading this, I 100% vouch for this company.

Unlike other businesses with whom I have such contracts Cyprus does not call and set up an appointment...the customer has to call. This time they called in the morning to say they would arrive between 1and 3. At 3 I called to ask where they were and was told they had been scheduled between 3and 5. Then they called back and said they were running behind and I could reschedule. After waiting all day I said that was not an option and a service man appeared at 4:30. I think the service men are very thorough and professional, but the costumer relations dept. needs some tweaking.

The Installers were very good , they covered everything with tarps and took good care of my home. I will Recommend.

I highly recommend you do our homework and get multiple bids and the very least have Cyprus Air price it out for you. It's Worth it!

I had used Cyprus a few times for HVAC service, and they were ok. On Monday of this week I called them to schedule a service and cleaning of my fireplace gas logs. I scheduled a time for late in the day on Thursday, I specifically asked for as late in the day as possible. The scheduler said that would work since it is near my home and the trucks would be returning for the day. On Wednesday I got a call from someone else there and was told the service was scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. I explained that I had specifically asked for late in the day appointment. I was told by this person that the original scheduler should have talked to the service department, that's not my problem it's up to them to organize their office. Nonetheless, I was told that it would be between 2 and 4 p.m. So, I take off from work to be able to be home by 2, in case someone is there that early. By about 4:30 p.m. nobody had showed up and I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called. Was put on hold for a few minutes and eventually someone else picked up and I was told that the person who was supposed to be there had had a personal problem and couldn't make it and could I reschedule for the next day (that would be today). I emphatically said "no" as I had already taken off from work to be home. The person on the phone said well, "ok". I said it was not "ok" at all and I would never use them again. So, they had different people telling me different things about scheduling, then a no show, and no notification, and evidently don't care enough to even apologize.

I purchased a Premium 3 Burner, vent-free, propane gas fireplace log set from Cyprus Air. It has been worth more than every dollar we spent, and looking forward to all the satisfaction we are going to be able to get out of it for the winters. Very courteous office staff and technicians.

We are very happy with the overall service.

Technician broke my furnace, refused to fix it, and said the only solution was to replace the entire furnace for about $7000. I had a contract with Cyprus to check my A/C every spring and the furnace every fall. The furnace was very old at this point (over 20 years, I would guess), and I knew in the back of my mind I would need to replace it soon. The technician checked the furnace, and in doing so, accidentally broke the thermocoupler. He told me this, and said the only solution was to replace the entire furnace. I said there must be some alternative, like just fixing the part that broke. He told me that was impossible, and I'd have to buy a new heater. It was cold outside, and I would be without heat for days until a new furnace was installed, so I asked again if he could just get it running until then, and he said no. He was insistent that I needed a new furnace, and said that would run about $7000! I called a reputable repair company from Angie's List (John Nugent and Sons), and their technician fixed the thermocoupler the next day for less than $200. The furnace worked just fine for another few months until I replaced it (by another company, much cheaper). Either the Cyprus tech was lying to sell me an expensive furnace, or he didn't know the basics of repairing a furnace. I was furious and felt violated by this company. The technician who came (Frank) stunk of cigarettes so badly I still smelled him after he left. I know some people smoke, but finish it up in the truck and wait a minute before walking into somebody's house. Also, he demanded that I put my dog outside while he was working because he was afraid of dogs. Very unprofessional.

The job was completed in a timely manner and by professionals.

The appointment was made when we paid for the work and materials. We did pick a nice gas log set. The salesman was honest and did not try and sell us the biggest and most expensive gas log set. The workmen showed up on schedule, the permit was pulled as agreed, the work was done and there were no issues whatsoever. We are very happy with our new fireplace and quality of the work and installation.

They were excellent. They did a great job. They did what they said they would do in the contract. The workers were knowledgable and friendly.

No one from the company returned my call.
