Professional Air Conditioning Repair. The air conditioning tech came to the house and fixed my a/c fast. The whole process was hassle free. Would recommend for any HVAC repairs.

Everything went great! The installation went very smoothly, their work was fantastic. They were a bit difficult to get ahold of when I did try to reach them. So much so, I would actually stop by the store versus call on the phone. The installers were very clean, efficient, and my fireplaces look and work beautifully.

They came very fast and were extremely nice and respectful. We would recommend to anyone!

Within an hour they were at my house. They cleaned up before walking in & repaired our unit in no time. Prices were extremely reasonable and the staff were great to deal with. For those of you reading this, give Cyprus Air a call!

Also the tech then went on to point out various things with my AC unit that "could" be going bad and he would give me a special deal of $800.00 + the $89.00 to fix it all....at this point i did not trust anything about this company. I feel like they were deceptive in their original information and then would not stand behind the quoted fee information, it is faudulant at best. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a fair and honest service. This company does not have the integrity to provide it.

i contacted the company and a representative came out and he was very professional and courteous but i decided to go with another company. this by no means degrades this company but i contacted 3 different companies.

Ever time I have a problem I will call them because they show up on time. The price was perfect and they are one of the best companies that I have found in a while. Thank you!

The one-man team was time efficient. They arrived within the prescribed window and completed the job. I am a believer in ?leave no trace? (leave areas just as clean as they were before the work was performed). Which was not done; I was totally p***** that the technician do not advise my husband to clear/or himself cover furnishing/ work area as paint chips, dirt, and dust were left over the furniture, clothing, first, etc. Since vent covers were no re-installed flushed to the walls I had to reset all wall vents (ans clean dirt smudges from the walls). I even had to replace the dining room return vent as the screws (post-cleaning) no longer properly fit (which should have never been painted in the first place). Fees were as advertised with discrepancies addressed and resolved. My husband informed me that the technician advised him of additional services, which was expected, but the pushiness was unprofessional. Apparently, he had to deepen his bass on the third denial of the additional $950 worth of service that he insisted that we needed done during his service. For that, we will not be using this provider again.

From now on I will look now where else when it comes to HVAC work! If you are reading this review look no further!

Their price was 300 dollars less than the competitors. I highly recommend for a quality job from an honest guys, that's hard to find these days.

Washington Gas has a list of recommended contractors for gas plumbing which included Cyprus Air We assumed we were hiring a quality company that was vetted. Day 1 The employees showed up on day one 5 hours late. They were not licensed plumbers and held no training certificates on gas installation (per their own statements to us). They installed the incorrect size flexible gas line. They twisted the gas line which caused a hole in the line which was found by the Arlington County inspector. Failed inspection. Day 2 Cyprus sent an employee to inspect the work who admitted the numerous mistakes and said they would be back to the work site to correct the problems. Day 3 Cyprus had to remove the entire gas line and re-install (another day off work for us.) The installers again showed up 2 hours late "due to traffic." Cyprus employees failed to install strike plates (to prevent driving a nail through the flexible gas lines. Arlington County failed inspection again due to failure to install "strike plates." Day 4 Cyprus back to home to install strike plates (late again 2 hours). Day 5 Passed inspection This is freaking PLUMBING company...its inexcusable they made simple mistakes like this. I had to take 2 additional days off work for this company's garbage work and inability to schedule the jobs. At least Arlington County caught their numerous mistakes. Oh...and the employees (on 2 separate occasions) said they thought they were at my house to install a fireplace gas line? Are you kidding me?

Each took it upon themselves to make sure that their work was done to the highest standards. Thank you Cyrus Air.

Acceptable price, horrible and non-professional customer service. We missed work several times for no show appointments. It took a month from when we bought them until they were able to come install them. We bought 2 fireplaces and at the time of sale were told it would be an all day install. Instead, installers arrived mid-afternoon after performing another previous install. We found out at time of install that we needed at least 3 more appointments we'd never been told about that were needed to pressurize, pressure test, and complete the install. We'd never been told about that ... our invoice said "Install Date" on Mar 27 and we were told at time of sale that that was "Installation complete" (my wife and I recall that clearly, we entered everything into our iPhone calendar on the spot during purchase). Install went until 8 PM that night forcing us to cancel evening plans. We called Cyprus Air while the installers were still there, and their rep Andy actually yelled at me when I pressed him for what else was needed and when would it be complete. Installers were courteous, and showed us how they ran our gas lines to ensure good flow to our furnace and water heater while the fireplaces were in use. But, they drilled several holes in our vintage paneling before finding the correct spot (we're still waiting for Cyprus Air to repair that). We had, written on our invoice, a final city inspection sign-off on Mar 28, but again found that had never been scheduled (and another missed work day for us). We talked to the store manager, Ray, who was blase, offered no assistance or remediation other than to work with him from here on, and he has never followed up. We're still not done. We have the remaining appointments in early May (next chance for us to take off work after so many other appointments, including the no-shows). We want to get this behind us and be done with it. It has been an extremely frustrating drain for something we were so excited about and saved for. As I told their manager, Ray, If we could walk and get our money back we would.
