Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

TERRIBLE. Don't use these guys !! The estimator Tsengel Erdenebat was very knowledgable and professional. He said it was a piece of cake. Based on him, we hired these guys. Well, Tsengel was told that we would remove the exterior siding of the home so they would have access to the wall to run the gas pipes for the lights by the front door. They knew we would only have the siding off for a day or two and then the siding contractor would hang new HardiPlank siding. One month before the job, and Cyprus calls to get technical specs on the gas lights (this is GOOD). Says they want to have everything they need for the job! Last week I call Cyprus to see if they are ready for the install - which is TODAY. They say yes. Today arrives, no one is here till 10:45 A.M.! Really?? Plumbers arrive and they ask what the job is, and I tell 'em and they have no clue what to do. Tell me "They have never installed a gas light before" OH GREAT! They look at the furnace and the site where the gas lights will go, tell me they don't have anything on the truck that they need AND THEY LEAVE. MY HOUSE IS OPEN!! IT'S OPEN TO THE WEATHER, THE BUGS, INVADING SWARMS OF BEES, EVERYTHING. IF IT RAINS, I'M IN DEEP TROUBLE. Does Cyprus care about this? NO Do they care that the siding contractor is supposed to come tomorrow (Wednesday the 18th) and close up the house with new siding?? NO They have had 2 months to prepare for this job. And they were totally unprepared, totally unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM. DON'T TAKE THE RISK. They say they will try tomorrow - I'm not holding my breathe. Thankfully, the siding contractor is a dream ( S & K Roofing) and will wait till Friday to close up the house. Cross your fingers we don't have rain. Today is Tuesday, December 3rd. Cyprus Air was supposed to be here between 9 - 11:00 AM to patch damage to the drywall. And guess what NO ONE SHOWED UP. When I called to see what was happening, (at 11:01) Vastie said she's check with the contractor and call me right back . . . haven't heard from her yet. Am I surprised? no. Last week the Accounts Payable department called wanted to know where their final payment is - I told them they will get paid when the job is finished and the damage fixed. So unprofessional - DON'T USE THESE GUYS. They will test your sanity!

The unit is getting old and it has been repaired a couple of time so I thought it might be time to get a new one. Cyprus Air came out and they were very honest about what needed to be done and treated us very kindly. The price was reasonable and I will be recommending Cyprus Air.

We had a system that was on its last leg and so we decided to get some quotes on a new system. After having several companies out to our home we decided to use Cypress Air for the job. They were on time for everything and the staff was very professional at all times. We will be recommending there services to family and friends.

We called Cyprus air. They did not come at the agreed time and did not call to advise us. We found out later that the person I talked to recorded our phone number wrong and did not remember the time we agreed on. We agreed on between 9-11am. The consultant came at 1pm. This was a red flag. Their price was better than any one else but we decided to pay more for the total quality of service we got with McCrea.

We are very happy with the Technician and his professionalism at our home. Our house is cool again and we will be using Cyprus Air for any AC or Heating service.

? He quoted a new furnace for $3490. I decided to get a second opinion before spending that amount.

We gave them a call on the weekend and they came out the same day and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. The Service tech was very knowledgeable and kind. We will be using Cyprus Air in the future for any AC or Heating services or repairs.

We have an older system and was not sure if it could be serviced or needed to be replaced. Cyprus air came to our house and after one look at it the tech started telling us the minor things we needed. He repaired a couple issues and serviced the system and now we can feel the cold air again.

Fantastic Service from Cyprus Air. My A/c Broke late Friday night, and assumed that I wouldn't be able to get it handled until Monday. After Googleing for a while, I noticed that Cyprus Air offered a weekend service and repair. Even after seeing the other good reviews I was a little apprehensive, but decided to try. We called them at 11am Saturday, and they said someone would be there between noon and 2pm. The technician arrived at Noon on the dot, and had everything fixed for us very quick! He also took the time to show me some handy tips so I wouldn't have to call them for the "small stuff". They also fixed some sloppy work done by a prior warranty service. They definitely are my top choice for future HVAC work..

I called Cyprus Air to do a check up on both my furnaces and A/C. I just moved into my house and wasn't sure of the working condition since they both looked very old. I scheduled an appointment, which they were very convenient with, and the service tech showed up exactly on time and was very professional. I recommend their services an all around great company to work with!!

My experience with Cyprus Air was great. The service man gave me all the "technical information" in regards to the condition of all unit pieces as well as what to look for in regards to the maintenance. It was nice to get a good idea of what you want to learn or gain from the service and have some one walk you through it. I had Cyprus Air come by to give me a second opinion about the replacement of my air conditioning and heating system. Their price was fair, they were on time, clean, and extremely professionals. I felt great about the company from the beginning when they answered the phone. The technician showed up on time and to diagnose the whole ac system, then spent some time listening to what my wife and I were actually looking for in a new HVAC system. I was presented with a couple options, which I ended up buying the carrier complete system 19 SEER system. I was happy with the price since it was a lot better than the other companies that I had consulted with for the same job. The installer showed up the next day and everything was done to our satisfaction. Extremely clean and made sure to explain to us when they were done how to use our new programmable Carrier thermostat. We highly recommend Cyprus Air and would definitely use them in the future.

I called Cyprus Air last week because I was going to purchase a new system. The Dispatcher took all my information and had a Rep come out to my house the same day! The representative did a thorough check of my system, including heat load calculation and designed a system that would work best for me. The Price and service was everything that I could of ever hoped for! i would highly recommend this company, Cyprus Air, to anyone who is in need of air conditioning or heating repairs or replacements. I appreciate all the help they gave me. It's nice to have a company actually care about there customers.

I found Cyprus Air through an online search. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out and look at my A/C the same day(the last company that I used made me wait a couple days)The tech(Cyprus Air) found the issue and fixed it that same afternoon. Also, the guy who came out was very professional, and he moved quickly. I signed up for there PA (preventative maintenance)Program, (paid up front). I think it is obvious by my previous statements, but I will definitely use them again!

When the A/C Stopped working I called Cyprus Air, they were very helpful and worked around my schedule, they even gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving. When the tech arrived he was very professional and he didn't try and over sell me. He even gave me some pointers on how to save money and get a better deal. The installation went smoothly and the crew cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess! It was so easy! I highly recommend Cyprus Air.

I saw that Cyprus Air had a great sale on a new Air-Conditioning System in the paper. My A/C System has needed tons of work and it was time for my husband and I to look for a new system. We got 5 free estimates from different companies. Cyprus Air had a great price and warranty. The installers were extremely professional kept our house clean, they were very courteous to us and respected our home. The definitely was a big mess but they cleaned up behind themselves. Our system has been in for one month now and have zero complaints!! Great Experience!!

They replaced our A/C units. I found them to be very professional and honest. Great Company. The new system that they have installed was called Carrier Performance and they are very quiet and also extremely efficient.

The first time i used Cyprus Air was on a Sunday when I called them requesting A/C service. I was surprised to there quick response. The tech was very knowledgeable. They were at my house and fixed the problem with my a/c in no time. I have used Cyprus Air ever since.

Amateurish but expensive inspection and repair job was completely ineffective at fixing my system. However, General manager refused to refund my money unless I agreed to buy an entirely new system from Cyprus, costing $10,000. I don't play that game.

My A/C was repaired promptly. No Complaints. They were very courteous, professional, and I recommend their service's to all. The repair was affordable and now I'm looking forward to the summer weather.

I was relieved that the Cyprus Air tech didn't mind cleaning up the mess, and in fact my A/C is cooling a lot better than it ever has! So appreciative, I am very impressed with this service company and the way they conduct business.

Great placed to get your A/C replaced. My A/C needed to get replaced as it was getting warmer out, and I'm glad I didn't put it off further. My new A/C works great and my utility bills are so low now.
