Julian provided excellent and courteous professional and thorough service of all 24 points of the maintenance plan. It included excellent explanations of the operations of the fireplace such as the flues of the fireplace and any needs of chimney sweeping. I have had a contract with Cyprus Air for several years for this maintenance. Cyprus calls to schedule a date, calls the night before to tell me the window of time the technician will be arriving the next day, and then follows up afterwards to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. The same technician has come for several years and he is very efficient, friendly, and able to explain or train you in how to use the fireplace features. My fireplace has various settings using both the remote and manually so if I forget anything he can show me what to do. I feel secure knowing it is checked every year so it will operate safely and last a long time since it was expensive to install in the first place. Usually the service takes less than an hour and the technician brings his own drop cloth to keep the area clean.

Cyprus Air performed my routine Fall/Winter water heater and furnace maintenance check. They arrived around the time that they said they would ( somebody from the main office called to let me know they are on the way).. They did a thorough check and provided a detailed description of all the services.performed. This time everything was fine and they did not offer any additional service. I have used CyprusAir for many years and am happy with their services as well as with the polite maintenance people that they send over.

Beginning with its installation of these fire-place units and the build-out of the fire-place on my ground floor, Cyprus Air's service, professionalism, pricing, quality and timeliness were exemplary. Their design and execution of the fire place build out were spectacular, converting my ground floor family room into the most comfortable and beautiful area in the house. Since installation Cyprus has performed exemplary annual servicing of the units it installed. On this most recent visit, the Cyprus Air technician arrived when scheduled and called me in advance of arriving to alert me to his imminent arrival. While here he performed his work very professionally, laying out a canvas tarp to ensure that any ashes he might stir up while cleaning out the fire-places would not stain nearby carpet or furniture. When he left, both fire place units were fully functional, both looked clean and ready for another winter.

The service professional was very courteous and punctual. He was unobtrusive and respected our space. He maintained a clean environment and picked up after himself. One could not tell that he ever visited other than the fireplaces had a clean look which was the purpose. He was focused on his job and performed it in a timely manner. I felt comfortable leaving him to his work and not having to be there to watch. His professionalism is something I suggest others emulate.

It was fine. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about one hour and the scheduling was fine.

Employee was on time, very professional and was very thorough in his work, made no mess! However, I believe the price I pay, which is over $200 yearly, is way too much.. Not included in this would be a Service Call, if needed, since this would be an additional charge. The above price is for a yearly Maintenance Contract.

They called to remind us to schedule our service, they arrived promptly, and were very professional. They are very clean and check to make sure everything is in working order before they leave.

The service was terrific. The technician was meticulous. It can be a messy job but he used folded cloths to completely protect the area and had a shop vacuum to continuously clean not only the fireplace and logs but also the cloths so no soot or debris escaped. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He left my home spotless and my fireplace ready for winter.

I have used Cyprus for the last 2 years to provide annual maintenance on my gas fireplace system. They schedule an appointment annually with the service person calling approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Their technicians are very professional and friendly and provided me with all the details about what they were doing and how to prevent further issues. On the last visit, the technician was again very professional, quick, provided detailed information, and did an outstanding job. I would recommend their service.

Two years ago, Cyprus Air replaced the indoor portion of our HVAC system, as well as installing a whole house humidifier. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. The install job was done neatly, and despite the amount of work needed to be done, when the job was done, you could never tell workers had been in and out of the house. Last week, when the outside unit finally quit, the service person was out the next day. I was told someone would be there at 8am, as I was on "first call". The service person arrived at 7:35. Determining the unit needed to be replaced, I scheduled it for a Monday morning, and as promised, they arrived on time. Installation was professional, neat and prompt. I do not hesitate to recommend Cyprus Air, in fact I have to my coworkers, family and friends who have also found them to be fantastic.

Cyprus Air came out and gave us a estimate to install a new gas fireplace. Really glad we used Cyprus Air as they were very prompt and extremely professional. They worked with our schedule and they were EXTREMELY careful to not make a mess while installing the insert. I'll definitely use them again for any fireplace services and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!! I started calling companies one night when I got home from work, around 6:30 PM. If we had an emergency, the estimator was willing to come that night, even as late as 9 PM. It wasn't an emergency, so we set up an appointment for the next day. I was impressed by the company from start to finish, starting with the estimator and how he took the time to ask great questions, like whether the size of our current system was meeting our needs, and how long we planned to stay in the house. Our A/C and water heater are crammed in the corner of the basement of a townhouse, presenting a number of challenges with space constraints. The crew handled a tough job with ease. They were right on time, worked hard all day long, and finished before dinnertime, replacing the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. We had a great experience with Cyprus Air the whole way through. Their price was competitive, their people are outstanding, and their product is great.

Prompt, effective, efficient with excellent, professional results.

Cyprus ran gas line across the length of the house to the fireplace. Installed vented gas logs with an electric pilot light. I requested that the box for the pilot light be relocated and this was done a few days later. Fire began to go off and on for no apparent reason. We called Cyprus and they came out within the week and the fireplace is working great.

My appointment was scheuduled for 12-4pm. The techs arrived on time during this window. The 2 techs were Corey and Victor. They were friendly and professional. They explained what the process entailed and were very knowledgable. They put on shoe covers to not dirty my carpet and laid a protective cloth in each area where they worked. As they worked they kept me informed of what they were doing and anything new they found. They showed me dust build up and gave recommendations on ways to improve service and help lower my utilitiy bills. They used their tools to show me a visual of the build up and problematic areas within my home. I took advantage of their sugguesions and am happy that i invested in my home and health. Thanks Cyprus Air for sending these two gentlemen as representatives for your business.

Service technician was prompt and professional. Drop cloths were placed by the fireplace to minimize any soot from transferring to surrounding areas. System performance was demonstrated and entire area was cleaned prior to tech leaving. I was very pleased by this service call. Note: The price listed above is my monthly charge as part of my annual contract with Cyprus Air. I have had only one other time when I needed to have a technician respond for a non scheduled service call. On that occasion, the service tech responded quickly and resolved the issue. Overall, I am very pleased with Cyprus Air's service.

Everyone who came to my condo were complete professionals. Larry, Cory and Eduardo were all polite, well-spoken and very open to what I wanted and how I wanted to go about it. This might seem like minutia, but trust me: it is incredibly refreshing to have people who are easy to talk to and willing to listen. I am certain that I will be using them for any work related to this field in the future. Scheduling with them was a breeze, both groups were right on time, and they even called when they were on their way over to the condo. I'm eager to get started!
