+ -1 moreHaving new computers installed is a huge disruption in an office. However, the techs knew what they were doing and worked hard. I was especially impressed the next day when the tech was able to quickly figure out what had corrupted in the other computer...and was able to fix it.
Description of Work: CTSS Inc installed 3 new computers at our office. Another one broke the next day and they fixed it. We needed a new monitor and they offered us one for $149.00 (19 inch) which we purchased, and they installed.

+ -1 moreThey ran tests on my USB ports, found they were functioning, then tested the new (wireless) keyboard I got from Best Buy the day before. The ports checked out fine, but the new printer did not. The USB receiver that came with the keyboard was inoperable. Worried that I would still need a keyboard quickly and might be unable to return the Best Buy printer quickly, I asked if they had a wireless printer/mouse combo they could sell me. They found one for under $50, and I was good to go. They were very friendly, worked quickly and did not press me to buy the keyboard that I ultimately DID request. This was my second experience with these folks, and I would never go anywhere else. Last visit I had them recover all my files on a dying drive, replace the drive, double the RAM, install a WiFi card and bought a router, all costing me less than $300. They are the best, in my book. I will definitely use them again if I need them.
Description of Work: Tested my computer that had been unable to boot due to a keyboard error. I had already replaced the old problematic keyboard with a brand new one, but the error persisted.

Description of Work: They sped up my computer. They cleaned the dust out of it. They also added memory and a disc burner.
