They were fantastic to work with and will be using be them again.

It went very well. Ryan came to our house the day after we called. He had to take the computer with him to perform the work, but he returned it the next day! We thought his $100 fee was very reasonable--a lot less than the $4,000 ransom!

Fine. As it turned out, Microsoft was experiencing a problem related to the Windows 10 upgrade; a lot of people were having problems accessing their contacts. Computer Geeks fixed my contacts so I could at least see them.

We called Computer Geeks - VA, and Ryan came out the next afternoon, which was a Sunday. He brought the right part to fix the computer and we were up and running within the hour. No further problems since.

Ryan quickly appraised my computer and found a way to have the computer "connect" with the printer even though I could not find the printer disc. The necessary adjustments were made. I only wish I had gotten help months ago. He gave me recommendations for my equipment and teaching manuals for Window 8.1. This man does not waste time, just quietly and efficiently worked to solve my concerns.

This is the second occasion that I've used this company's services. In particular, Ryan Hitzeroth, the computer technician, was outstanding as he was the last time. He arrived promptly, is always courteous and helpful, and is very, very knowledgeable and experienced at getting the issues resolved in a timely manner.

I contacted Computer Geeks-VA via the website contact form. Ryan emailed me back the next day and made an appointment for noon Saturday. He was right on time and got started immediately. He asked me what issues I was having and went right to work on them (and there were lots!). He fixed all problems that I was having . I asked him if it would be possible to move the modem/router/phone equipment from my basement to a more accessible location for me ( I have difficulty with stairs). He moved everything, set it up, and made sure everything was in working order. He was finished in under 1 1/2 hours...I was quite surprised and pleased that he was able to fix everything so quickly. Additionally, I was quite happy with the price I paid for all the work he did. I am one happy camper! My printer works! I would highly recommend Computer Geeks-VA. I had encountered three issues in the operation of my Dell desktop computer. I contacted Computer Geeks VA through Angie's List and Ryan came to provide in-home service at the agreed upon time. He went to work on the computer and in less than an hour had corrected all of the software issues that I had encountered. In addition he provided links to some additional security software that might help to avoid similar problems in the future. He did an outstanding job and his fee for travel and service was only $75

Ryan arrived promptly and got right to work. He handled all the computer tasks I asked him to do and then some, all for a very reasonable rate. He did a great job.

So glad to find a reliable trustworthy company to fix my computer. Had issues with it starting and the hard drive and Ryan was very responsive. Was able to restore my data and fix my hard drive with a reasonable fee. Highly recommend. Easy to make an appointment and a very quick response.

Ryan fit me into his tight schedule and did an excellent job of repairing my laptop. He was very professional and worked quickly. I definitely recommend him. (Please don't quote me on the cost. I forgot the exact amount.)

Making an appointment was very easy, using the form on www.compgeeksva.com web site. Ryan Hitzeroth responded promptly and we set a time all via email. He called to say he would arrive a bit earlier than expected if that was OK. He worked steadily and was very helpful in explaining various options for adding a hard drive to my PC unit. I am happy to recommend his services.

Was extremely punctual,knowledgeable and did a great job.

Ryan was here in Feb and July. He worked on three computers and greatly improved their efficiency.

Ryan Hitzeroth of Computer Geeks - Va. showed up promptly and ready to get to work. Basically, our problem was too many internet security programs competing with one another. He was here an hour and a half+ and when he left, it was like we had a new computer. We were so happy with him and the work he did, I would have gladly paid double what he charged and would feel that was a bargain! Will definitely hire him again should the need arise.

We originally contacted Ryan about issues with one computer. He came to our home and after he ran diagnostics, downloaded/installed updated drivers, and made sure all reported problems where resolved, I asked Ryan to also check my computer which was experiencing a periodic slowness. After additional diagnostics he determined that my hard drive was failing. Ryan ordered a new hard drive, came and picked up my computer, came by the house again to pick up operating system disks, installed the new hard drive and created a backup of the original C drive, then returned/hooked up the newly improved system. When I hit a small snag a few days after getting my computer back, Ryan remoted in and solved that issue as well. My husband and are pretty tech savvy, but the issues we were experiencing were beyond our capabilities. Computer Geeks is the best we?ve seen anywhere for knowledge, efficiency, thoroughness and speed. And the charges were more than reasonable.

We contacted Ryan based on reviews provided by other customers from Angie's list. Ryan is a great guy, very patient, very polite and extremely detailed oriented. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, after a brief explanation on exactly what he was going to do. Ryan got to work and within a very short period of time had properly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary repair part with him to make the repair. We were very impressed with Ryan's ability and the fact that he actually came to our house verses trying to evaluate and make the repairs using a remote access process was the difference maker for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan as a source for all of your computer repair needs.

Ryan was prompt and professional. He was able to deal with the problems I described and solve them within approximately an hour. He also made some suggestions to speed up the computer that I intend to implement another time. I was very pleased with the services he provided.

I researched computer repair options on Angies list and decide to go with Computer Geeks Va. I phoned Ryan to make arrangements, we texted back and forth until he got the required numbers he needed to order the new fan. He picked up my computer at the arranged time, and returned my computer a couple days later working better than it had in months. He even transferred my data from my old hard drive to the new one. I still had to work on installing some things, but he prepared me for that. I am very pleased with the work he performed and would not hesitate recommending him to others.
