When you work with Sally, you won't have someone judging you. You will have someone helping you. Considerate. Calm. Polite. That best describes Sally. Sally utilized time very well, even continuing to work when I had to leave her alone briefly. You will never find her wasting time. The time with Sally went much too fast. You know you are having a good time working with someone when 4 hours seems like 4 minutes. I wish her price were lower so I could use her more often. That is the only drawback, the price. I will try to finish what she has started, and maybe call her again to start me on another room. I highly recommend Sally. You will be pleased.
Description of Work: Sally helped organize our combined office/playroom which had become disorganized after I became disabled. She was patient and pleasant, helping me create specific areas for different items to live, suggesting labeling storage baskets. She also had very smart ideas about rearranging the room to make it easier to move around and to function. She even offered ideas to help me with my young daughter's constant mess in her room....a sort of global basket for her to put everything in after each mess...which I then can put things away without having to bend over and fall. I will implement this carry-all, and I hope it works!!

If I could score Sally higher than A I would. She is a pleasure to work with and gets a lot done in little time. I have a medical condition and can't help much but she does all the heavy stuff with a little help from me. She works in increments of as little as two or three hours and gets a lot done in that time. Her hourly rate is very reasonable. She never seems rushed or rushes us but keeps us on track. She takes donation items to a charity on her own time and brings me the receipt for taxes, which is an indication of her integrity and commitment.
Description of Work: I have used Sally's services several times. Most recently, she helped me vacate a storage unit and sort material for donation, disposal, or removal to my home storage.

I've been lucky enough to work with Sally Reinholdt of Closets 911 twice. The first time was 7 years ago when she helped me de-clutter and organize our large home after the death of my mother. She was my angel. I could barely think and she sensitivly guided me through a very difficult process. She arranged for pick ups, took things herself for donation or disposal, brought what supplies she thought I might need, each day etc . In short, she helped me navigate through very troubled waters.... and when we were done, the place was in fabulous shape and it was THE BIGGEST GIFT for my mental health. This second time I called Sally was this month to help me UNPACK and organize immediately from our downsizing move. She was nothing short of terrific....again!. And...knowing her skill set and sensibilities, I was able to get things done twice as fast...because she needs no micromanaging. She completely organized my kitchen and bedroom closets while I worked in other areas. Her help was simply, priceless. Her wonderful disposition, tireless energy and work ethic like no other helps make Sally the gold standard of professional organizers.

My only regret is that I didn't call Sally earlier. We were very close to the moving date and had already pack up much of the house. It would have made our lives to much easier if we'd called her a few weeks earlier. She could not have been any kinder, more positive or more skilled at working through a large number of items in a short period of time.
Description of Work: Sally came to help me sort through things and pack before moving. She is incredibly patient and helped me to decide what was important to hold on to and what to let go. I had over 30 years of stuff to sort through. We got rid of many, many boxes of unneeded things and got the "good" stuff packed and ready for the movers. She was wonderful, went over the process step by step, helped me to decide what is or is not important to hang onto, and even showed me what to donate to a charitable organization and what should simply be trashed.

Sally has been instrumental in helping to overcome a lifetime problem with clutter. She is patient, non judgmental, helpful, professional and has helped me to transform my life and my environment. It has been the best investment in time and money that I could have ever made.
Description of Work: Assistance with sorting and organizing clutter, household items, paper, closets, pictures, and clothing over a two year period. Sally was able to assist me in making decisions about which items to keep, throw away, or donate. She also helped with some miscellaneous projects-gardening, setting up and taking down of holiday decorations.
