+ -1 moreI knew from the start when I met with Cindy that she was not a detail-oriented person, however, since she was recommended by a friend, I gave her a try. Long story short, the cabinet order was wrong -- some pieces were ordered, some not and some pieces were ordered incorrectly in size (panels). Had to reorder and wait weeks for new delivery. She is a nice lady, but not competent in her work.

+ -1 moreTerrible. Though Ms. Lawyer has been pleasant, she has chosen to withhold our warranty items, rather than address non-payment with Mr. D'Agostino, which we pleaded with her to do. Mr. D'Agostino refuses to cooperate and has ceased responding to our communications. We will no longer be fulfiling our warranty through her and would not trust her business practices.
Description of Work: Without our knowledge, our former contractor, Silver Plume Co. - David D'Agostino, utilized her services to redesign our kitchen and supply our new cabinets, which we paid for in full in July 2010, in the amount of $24,202.37. We had never heard of her, or knew anything about any business relationship they had together until D'Agostino breached our contract and failed to complete the job. We contacted the cabinet manufacturer to address our warranty and they directed us to Ms. Lawyer, who took delivery of warranty items ordered by D'Agostino during his employment by us, even though we advised that we had terminated him, and refuses to turn them over to us, claiming he owes her money. This started in November 2010, and after many emails and calls to her asking that she work with us, she advised us in Feb. 2011 that she would not.
