Description of Work: This was my first time employing Clear Choice. I was impressed with the quality of service all around. The owner, Tom, was quick to call me back, flexible in scheduling service, arrived on time and responsive/sensitive to the particulars of my job. Both he and his assistant Phil were professional and personable, and my windows look terrific. I would definitely recommend Clear Choice.

Description of Work: They were able to clean the windows from the inside, which I didn't think the could, but did an excellent job doing it that way. They didn't tell me what the additional costs would be until after they were finished - would have preferred the cost up front. All in all the windows look amazing - would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The owner immediately began to up sell me. He stated that the deal was wrong and that he had asked Angie's list to change it. He stated that I should not interpret the deal as for 15 windows but a 15 percent discount. He then stated I could not just choose any windows I wanted. I selected 15 windows. After he realized I was not going to pay for anymore windows he stated I should request my money back from Angie's list. He was aggressive and his attitude was that he was not going to make any money from the deal. I'm Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This is my second deal that did not work and feel the deals you provide are not properly vetted.

It's unfortunate we were not able to move past the initial step of determining the invoice price before work was started, as is our policy, so we could demonstrate our high quality of work and professionalism. We understand your desire to save as much as possible during these economically challenging times. In addition to the 15% savings being applied, we unfortunately cannot charge cleaning three double hung windows for the price of one and clean various other windows at no charge as was passionately insisted. We do apologize you had an issue with us and other businesses.

WOW! I wish I knew about this company earlier. We've used several window companies and these guys are the best. Excellent! The washer was on his game. early to the job, reasonably priced and did a superb job on windows not cleaned for ten years. We set a date for them to come back to restore restore my worn deck. They suggested it would turn out really well and after they completed it. I could see why. I would recommend them to everyone.

Tom arrived on time, was very friendly, got right to work, cleaned up and was on his way. This was a pain free experience. Tom even took pictures on his phone of the gutter work so that I could see what he was doing.

It went great. They were prompt to be at my house at the designated time and were very professional in all parts of their work. Both Tom and Dave were courteous and very customer oriented. They made both the vinyl siding and the windows appear brand new.

Excellent!!! Tom, Eli and Andrew were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the job promptly. I chatted with Eli, who has 15 years experience, and he was very polite and informative. Their attention to detail was superb and my house looks amazing!!! I would definietely recommend doing the driveway powerwash, it makes the concrete look like new. Make sure to take a few pictures of how your house looks before and after, its really incredible how much better everything looks. These guys are awesome, they go the extra mile. Andrew even gave me advice on how to fix my wife's car. I would not hesitate to use Expert Window Cleaning in the future, you just don't find companies like this anymore! .
