Carpet Cleaning Alexandria

The technician only spent a couple of hours to clean my 3-levels townhouse carpet. He demanded cash since it was a move out cleaning job. So, we have to rush to the bank to get cash for him after he started the job. After a couple of days, I noticed there was a spot was worst than before the cleaning. Also, it seemed to me that the third floor was not cleaned at all. I called customer service and then she contacted the technician who blamed me and my family to get the area in such a bad shape. He said nothing would clean the spots. He said he could not do it again to clean it because nothing he could do to remove the dirty spots. He had already spent lots of time to clean the carpet. He suggested that the only solution is to replace the carpet. The customer service representative cannot do anything or send a different technician to fix it. I was not happy with the service at all. The company website states customer satisfaction guarantee. I do not think it's true. It's either the company cleaning products are not effective or it just provides terrible cleaning service. I have to hire another carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets again. The new one we hired has done a much better and thorough job.
