We completed a complicated kitchen/dining room remodel, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Carmon Contracting was very professional, from start to finish. When we ran into snafus, they worked patiently with us to come up with a solution that we were happy with. We would definitely hire them again!

Main contact was Chris Carmichael from the original estimate through project completion. He was always prompt and professional in everything he did. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately taken care of. Almost the work was performed by 2 men, Eddie and Winston. These guys are very talented at all the trades they perform. They showed up on time every day, worked hard, made few if any mistakes, maintained a clean, organized work area and were always pleasant with a good sense of humor. They installed drop cloths from the front door, up the stairs, through the hallways to the work area. They covered all the furnishings in the adjoining bedroom to prevent dust problems. These things were installed ant the start of each work day and removed at the end of the day. All trash and construction debris was removed form the site daily. Chris was very helpful in selecting materials and fixtures. All materials and fixtures arrived on site on time. I spent a couple of decades as a contractor and in the construction trades and this was the best run small contruction job I've seen in a long time.

KItchen renovation -- We live in a historical (i.e., old and challenging) home. Before proving an estimate for our kitchen renovation, Joe Carmichael of Carmon Contracting took the time to explore the potential contingencies so that there were no surprises after the work started. The people who did the work were top notch and a pleasure to have in our home. All work was done to exacting standards, there were no change orders and the price came in under the estimate. It was a challenging renovation with much custom work and we could not have been happier with the result. Joe Carmichael was available any time I wanted to talk and responsive to my questions and concerns. Bathroom renovation -- Due to unexpected water damage, we needed a bathroom renovated on short notice. Based on our previous positive experience, we called Carmon Contracting. The work was ultimately extensive due to the damage, but it was done on schedule, with Saturday work to make sure I had a bathrooms before guests arrived for the holidays. Again, the communication and quality of work were excellent.
