The crew at Care-More Cleaning does a fabulous job of keeping our house clean. They usually have three to four people that come in and tackle everything from bathrooms to the kitchen. They will even make the beds when we rush out in the morning without getting that done. The owner is very responsive to special requests and schedule changes. The cleaners do not seem to speak English so it is difficult to communicate with them however they are very friendly and will smile and say hi when they come in and bye when they leave. Also they don't seem to have a set schedule. They sometimes come in early and sometimes as late as 6 pm. I have never addressed this with the owner since normally isn't a big deal but it sure is nice to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about when they will show up. The price is very affordable and has only increased once in the time we have been using them.

I have a one bedroom condo and have been using Carmen's service for about a year now, biweekly. The cleaning crew always does a good job and I have been satisfied with their performance. Never had a problem with breakage or anything missing. She is also reasonably priced compared to most of the franchise cleaning services I have used in the past. In addition to regular cleaning, she will do extras such as window cleaning and cleaning inside of the refrigerator for an additional cost Overall, I have been satisfied.

I used this company for years. At first, they were excellent, the crew did a great job, very professional, and on the few occasions when they broke things, either the owner (Carmen Huaman) or her son would call and offer to replace what had been broken. For the last year to year-and-a-half, however, the service dropped precipitously. The crew routinely was there late in the afternoon. We suspected the crew was (and later flat-out caught them) eating our food. They broke many objects (not just small things; they once pulled a tiled towel rack off the shower wall) and nothing was said to us. We even found some objects that had been broken and then apparently hidden to escape our notice. They seemed to be pretty rough on our furniture; lots of gouges, scratches, and dents that we didn't cause. We eventually put the owner on notice that we were unhappy with the service, and she claimed to have fired the member of the crew who had been eating our food. However, the problems continued, and we recently terminated our contract. This is such a shame, because the service really was "A" quality when we first started with them.

I have used them for a number of years, and during the last visit, things took a turn for the worse. They came in and did their usual thing. I asked the owner to come in because it is a Spanish-speaking team, and I explained that I needed both sides of the windows cleaned (all from the inside), as well as the sash cleaned. She understood and went over in detail with the head of the cleaning crew what was to be done. I looked at the windows toward the end of their visit and saw that the windows did not look any different. The woman said that the owner told them only to do the insides of the windows. Later that week, I noticed that there was a large chip in the granite countertops, which had not been there prior to their visit. I called the owner and explained the situation (that I do not use the kitchen and that my wife was out of town), and made sure to explain the situation with the windows as well. I suggested that it was a possibility that her crew had damaged the countertop. She said she would call back later that day, but she did not call back for several days. I then followed up with an email, to which she responded, but she was not responsive at all with the situation.
